I can not access my account nor can I reset my password. I tried everything and nothing seems to work. I have to leave a lengthy paragraph In order for me to leave a comment about the issues I’m having with your service.
BE AWARE OF TIDAL. I cancelled my trial subscription, just found out 12 months later i have been paying £19.99 per month for a service i did not subscribe to and have not been using. Only found out when they contacted me because my bank details changed and they could not take another payment

I own a Huawei P20 Pro, and pay an astronomical amount of money every year to stream music, I’m surprised to find out that your service doesn’t support my phone at HiFi quality? I have found other threads with others paying for a premium service but receiving the same quality I can get for £5/£10 a month instead of the £20 I’m paying! No doubt you competitors will stream in hi res very shortly and leave Huawei customers no choice but to switch.
Please fix this issue.

I lost access to my subscription and I am unable to sign up again. This has never been an issue and I don’t understand why there was no automatic pay if this is a billing error. Please advise at your earliest convenience.
Unable to activate my free 90deal offer with my new Naim Atom streamer.When trying to activate I am given offer for the standard 30 day deal with no reference to the Naim option.I do not have a voucher code as it appears that there is not one available.Perhaps you can give me some helpful advice.Cheers.H.Fyfe.
Double charges and I still can not access my music to my account . Either I get a refund or access to my music . I would like this matter resolved ASAP . If you pay for service you should get service.
Hello I am a user of Tidal Family Account HIFI, and I have a question, how can I see the number of reproductions a song has, in Spotify this is possible, but Spotify is very bad in sound quality, I pay both platforms but I would like to see option to quit spotify once!
Double charges. I only have one e-mail, and only using one pc. My bank has advised me about the double pay. I have a special “small” account for Internet-payment that I only rarely check. What went wrong? Can I get refund?
