I come to the US every summer from BCS, Mexico and sometimes I travel to the US during the year. In the past I have always been able to recharge my Amigos Sin Limite when I need to either in Mexico or in the US by accessing my mi telcel account online. For some reason now I am not being allowed to enter my account number and password into mi telcel online here in the US and when I contact the US Telcel Customer Service I am told that it is a separate company and I need to contact Mexico Customer Service. I can’t find any information that tells me how to do that. My phone does not respond to *264 or *111 here in New Mexico. I have service when I am in the areas that have T-Mobile. But I will run out of saldo soon and have no idea how to buy a recharge. Please help before I lose my service and have no phone! Gracias
