My daughter loves your brand. And I got her the Ted Baker wallet for her birthday. I walked into your store in Gateway- RSA, on Saturday 18 June 2022 and your sales staff was so not interested, I had to go them all the time to ask them about the wallets. Eventually I settled on the one I liked and purchased the wallet. But it was like buying bread and milk from a grocery shop. They showed no interest, I told them it’s for my daughter birthday. They showed no interest. It’s a lot of money for me to spend, but your poor, uncaring sales staff makes the experience so unpleasant.

I am a regular customer! at Ted Baker store , recently I received three gift from my family for my birthday. The three items were purchased at your Laval store. I did not like one so I went to your store were it was purchased. The person would not give me refund or a gift card .. This was
within 14 days . The employees mentioned that she cannot give you a refund or gift card but only a credit note …. What poor customer service!
