TeamViewer is free for personal use. For commercial purposes, users can start with a trial version and proceed to get a subscription. The software can be downloaded on the website here. To allow remote control, you will first need to get your ID and password. The meeting ID can then be shared to users who can collaborate and access screen remotely from anywhere.

Besides Windows, TeamViewer also offers support for Mac, Linux, iOS, Android and BlackBerry. TeamViewer is available in more than 30 languages and supports international keyboards. Core features include computers & contacts management, user & device management, instant messaging, whiteboard, file transfer, high-definition VoIP and session recording.
