In the 9th October, my husband bought me the Sulwhasoo First Care Activating Serum EX from the Sulwhasoo counter at Parkson departmental store, One Utama, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia but he was unaware that my skin had a negative reaction to the product, as such, I have stopping using it.
I requested a refund from your counter at Parkson departmental store , but was told that it is against your policy to issue refunds. I find this odd, since the product is unopened and with the original receipt. The sales staff whom was working at the counter wasn’t much help at all.
I’m writing to you today in the hope that you will be able to render some assistance in issuing me a refund. I do hope that you will be able to help.
