I bought something in November 2021 and there was a piece of the bedroom set missing I didn’t receive it until now February 2022 and they still didn’t order it when I went to the store. Secondly, the bed leg holding all the mattress is already cracking and when I go to the store they tell me to email them. I bought a table and I asked them clearly before buying it if hot glass can go on the table and not marking anything they told me yes but now there’s a big mark. The people working there have no experience.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. CALLED THEM 2 TIMES EVERY WEEK TO SPEAK WITH A MANAGER. APPARENTLY, THERE IS NO MANAGER IN THIS COMPANY. It has been over 3 weeks since they tell me someone will contact me and still no one did. This is just unacceptable.
Purchased a couch in December 2020 received it in January 15, 2021 the couch has been very uncomfortable there is something wrong with it but Structube in Chomedey tells me they can’t do nothing about it I asked to do an exchange for something else and they tell me they can’t do something about it I’m a very very disappointed customer
I purchased a bedroom set back in November, it arrived yesterday with multiple damages to the bedframe, headboard and bed legs. Requested compensation for the damages and was given none. I was told to return the item, which had already been assembled with the packaging all thrown out. Ridiculous service, will not shop here again.
Is it common practice for store managers to ask head office to reduce a dented sale item.
I was ready to take it home along with an order of two sofas. But she told me she would call me back. So there was no sale transaction done. I wasn’t even asked if I wanted to place that order.
I exited the store feeling like my business was not wanted.
We ordered a sofa and were informed that it would arrive close to the 19th September…….it has still not arrived. We have called multiple times and told that there was a strike in Montreal, then it was the pandemic and now they have ‘no idea’ when it will arrive. When I told Mara at Structube Avenue road Toronto that we are sitting on dining room chairs, she answered “You and a hundred others”…..no apology, no information except to say maybe by mid October now. I have seldom seen such a low level of customer service and dismissiveness. They are all over you when you are thinking of buying, but after that you are on your own at Structube…….DO NOT PURCHASE at this company.
