I WANT their services and in fact have the start-up plan and one site. NOW that I need tech support there is no direct link to contact tech support and send an email, the chat line and phone line must be hidden somewhere but basically/// bottom line is, the company is so overwhelmed with work they have created a maze. There is no way I can see to reach a chat line, reach a sales department and talk to them about this, or reach the tech support people to send in a longer email and discuss and issue and get their best advice.
They have a GROW BIG plan for $55/year and then a major connection of that with a continual maintenance program for much more money, but Now after reading the comment before mine and seeing how they want Artificial Intelligence to do what a human should be doing, I’m afraid of them and I’m seeking another Web Hosting company.
You cannot find the continual maintenance page without going through google! Someone is extremely disorganized there and I hate drop down menus anyway. If you write CONTACT US by heaven, don’t push us into a maze and several dead ends. Give us Email, Chat, Phone links and let us work with you. If you won’t do that I’m really sorry but I’m going to find a different web host.
I have had the same bad experience and no resolution. I am furious.
I contacted support and they havenโt resolved the problem. Iโve asked for a refund and they never responded. Itโs hopeless and frustrating.

I would like to make clear my total dissatisfaction with the service and services provided by this site that are greatly harming my work.
A week ago I decided to do a plan upgrade and all my problems started from this.
I stopped receiving my emails, important emails, my page was suspended (second the contact I made, it was because of the upgrade and there was an internal system update (I understand it is an internal problem). They said that in a few hours my page and my email would receive messages again. Still nothing working.
I am determined to cancel this account, a total lack of respect with the user and has been damaging my work.
I tried sometimes to solve by the chat and then I realized the total lack of preparation of the siteground to provide any kind of assistance. Nothing solved and I wasted precious time.
It is very sad all this is happening and I am already taking the appropriate actions so that the siteground does not harm other people as well.
