Ordered a new bed from QVC on 11April told delivery on 30 April delivered but part was faulty part returned part was to be replaced on 30 April between those dates I rang QVC to find out what was happening they said that it was being delivered on 9April and that the delivery firm had rang me and left a message no message was left on my phone! and just byluck I was at home when the lorry arrived So one minute I told 11April and it arrives on the 9April asked if they would put it together the men said no they had only to deliver it , I told them to ring there firm they did and then they fixed the bed together, I thought that was the end of this fiasco but no today is thursday and hzve just had a txt to say that my bed is being delivered on friday 11April There is a lack of communication between the delivery firm QVC and the customer. As the bed has already been delivered and signed for someone at that delivery firm plus the drivers know this so please dont deliver another one on friday
