I would like to compliment Corey in the Bakery Dept of the Lanoka Harbor NJ store. She is very knowledgeable, helpful and always has a smile for every customer. She goes out of her way to be very kind and explains in detail the best way to decorate a party cake, how to serve etc.
We love her and will continue to purchase items from the Lanoka Harbor Bakery Dept because of Corey’s excellent service.
I shopped at shop rite in Shelton, Ct. today. The dannon light & fit Greek yogurt was on sale & advertised in the flyer. The ad did not indicate any exclusions. I was told by the front end manager that zero sugar was not on sale. She was rude & unprofessional. I have been shopping at shop rite for many years but why would I continue shopping there when I can go to bigy or stop & shop and not be treated rudely. I recommend wording your flyers accurately and not mislead customers. The front end manager at this store needs a lesson on treating customer with respect.
I don’t have followers and not a lot of family and friends to express gratitude towards but for myself to do the food shopping for my partner and I, it’s nice to know I have it under control. The Brooklawn NJ 08030 ShopRite store has at least 2 awesome workers that go above and beyond for me twice a month for the past. 2 years. I do all my food shopping online with this shop rite and when I have any kind of issue there are 2 ladies that get to the bottom of the problem and fix it every time and make sure I get my food and they do it selfishly for me. Ms. Danielle and Ms. Michelle that both work the shop from home department are the best. They have gone home even after their shift and still made sure I received my food.late.one night. They also make sure that my delivery person is aware of how.to contact me When the arrive with my delivery. I can call anytime there with a issue and the are almost already working on it to fix it before I even call for help. It just makes our life a little bit easier knowing our food shopping is coming every time on time. We are a older disabled couple so that kind of help is greatly appreciated more then I could ever say or write about. I just hope Danielle and Michelle know that their jobs make a great difference for people like me and i hope they are recognized from their bosses about ho much they go above and beyond for me.
I go to Shoprite in Stirling NJ every Sunday. I always order cold cuts immediately on arriving, as they won’t let you order directly – you have to use the ordering device. Every week the machine tells you a time your order will be ready. It is NEVER ready on time. When you try to ask the people behind the counter, they ignore you. The system is BROKEN! They don’t have enough people working. Bottom line is, the system DOES NOT WORK!!! Nobody at that store cares in the least, and it is a constant that everybody who goes to the deli ends up angry and frustrated. YOU NEED TO FIX THIS PROBLEM!!!! Pay a decent wage and get some decent workers! I have given up on ordering from your deli.
On Thursday, August 18,2022, I went to Shop Rite on Central Avenue in Scarsdale, New York. I purchased quite a number of items some that was heavy,: 3 half gallons, 2 60 ounce bottles of juice among many other items. I am a senior citizen who has bad knees. I was amazed with the wonderful cashier, Cristal. She was so kind and put my groceries up on the conveyor belt and also bagged my groceries and put them in the cart. Cristal went above and beyond in customer service. I was there between 2:30pm and 3:00pm. She deserves to be rewarded for her kindness.
I have gone to ShopRite on Route 33 in Hamilton NJ. Twice within last week. Cashiers stood there looking at me while I bagged my own groceries even though my bags were readily available. One cashier looked at their cell phone. Went to get salad mix and had to hunt for package not all wilted. Employee at front said cashiers were supposed to bag and not one cashier was bagging groceries. I don’t mind bagging my own but should a cashier just stand around watching?? I’ll go to Wegmans!!
I ordered groceries to be delivered and the driver was incredibly rude to me for no reason and wound up driving my groceries back to the store and I never got them or a refund. It was absolutely disgusting behavior and I will never be ordering from here again knowing they let such rude people work for them with no consequence.
I started going to ShopRite pharmacy in Warminster when the Doylestown hospital pharmacy closed. First attempt at refilling went without event. Second refill apparently my prescription expired. They said the would contact the doctor for a refill. Waited two days and called to find out if ready. I was told doctor did not respond. I called my doctor who said they never got any request from the pharmacy. They said would call in. Waited a day..called to see if ready again. Once again told doctor did not respond. Supposedly talked to pharmacy manager who was rude and obnoxious. He said I should be giving my attitude to my doctor and obviously I was saying that my doctor was God and didn’t make mistakes. Horrible attitude but he said I was the one with attitude. He said would give me a few to tide me over…Was a nice gesture but again it went sour with the totally unprofessional and uncaring person that he was. I live in Chalfont and said I would attempt to drive there now but I asked if he would stay if I ran slightly past 6 when they close. He said no he was leaving at 6 and he would not even agree to stay 2 minutes if I ran late. Although technically I should have made it in time, I was not willing to take the chance and drive there and risk missing him. I have NEVER been treated so badly by anyone in a pharmacy. Not entirely blameless myself but not right to be treated so poor. I will call the doctor again but cannot until Monday. Will be without the medication for a week or more by the time I get it. Who’s right and who’s wrong is not the issue here. Poor customer service and lack of professionalism is. Apparently keeping a customer is not important to ShopRite.
I have been shopping at ShopRite for over 30 years with no real complaints however I started shopping online not due to COVID but do to a disability. I am sent wrong items constantly despite the fact that I always check the no substitutions box. Today I was trying to place my order online and my free turkey will not come off of my bill even though it states that I am eligible. I have now made 4 phone calls both to my local store who just kept transferring me and no one could help. The same thing happened at 1-800-ShopRite until my last call which had a recording stating that they are too busy for phone calls and was hung up on. On top of this I use the ShopRite app which has my price club attached to it. I’m always told that I can see my total saved when hitting pay yet it never appears. I would be sick to know I lost all of these discounts especially living on a tight disability income. I just wish I could get some customer assistance to help me figure this out but apparently this is no easy task. I just held off placing my order and my son told me that he will go out to another store to purchase my needs. I don’t think this is right but he is correct that I can’t sit here for over 2 hours flustered and teary eyes. I have always shopped at ShopRite as has my family so this is quite upsetting and very unprofessional and down right rude that nobody will take the time to even talk to me. What a great store in the past and what a shame I have to find elsewhere to shop for now on.
Hi. I bought 12 bags of shop rite California style frozen vegetables to keep in the freezer. Tonight I opened 3 of them and it was almost all carrots with a few tiny pieces of cauliflower and the bottoms of hard broccoli stems. Out of 3 bags there was only one broccoli floret in total. I know this might seem trivial but I think it’s unfair to be misled. I am so sorry I bought these and won’t buy them again.
I have never complained about ShopRite before today. I respect the employees especially during our pandemic. Today was different in Belleville store. I put my $162.34 worth of items on the checkout belt handed the young man my coupons worth $6 and halfway through the order of 59 items there was a change in employees. My error was having not mentioned my coupons to the new young man and he did not apply any. I was told since I had already paid I had to go to customer service to get my refunds. Waited in line there handed my coupons to a woman who apparently was having a bad day told me she couldn’t find my items on the receipt which was ridiculous I pointed them out but was missing one for yogurt went back to cashier he didn’t have the coupon. Since I didn’t eat the missing coupon I was annoyed. Went back to unhappy worker who said it wasn’t her fault. I’m not concerned about the $4 but the attitude was
Unacceptable. I will not go back to Belleville ShopRite since no one cares about good service. Thanks for reading this. I’m just annoyed.
