Yes, same thing happened to me. I ordered mediums and all smalls came and now I can’t figure out how to return this stuff. They make it impossible from the website to understand and I’ve been trying to get through to somebody to help me send this stuff back and get my money back.
I have reached out three times on chat to follow up on a preorder that was supposed to ship on March 24. It is still sitting in the processing status. I was told it would ship on April 4. No shipment still in processing status as of today. I reached out again to be disconnected from chat and called chat back per SST on was very apologetic stating item now scheduled to ship April 14
After this I will stop ALL orders to CHINA including Amazon, I’m sick of the customer service and delays with no proactive follow up to the customer.
You’ve taken our money, delivered incorrect items, not delivered others and there is NO customer service. You’ve created barriers so that I cannot return incorrect items and missing items have still been charged.
Why are you making it so hard to get in touch with customer service? I need to do a return refund cause I should have ordered shirts in medium & not small. Why can’t u just have a 1800 number & your customers can call to exchange items or whatever?? Now I have fool around to try to do a live chat that no one comes to & figure out how to get what I need!!
