Order#GSHNY011N00016P. I am Qatar shein subcriber and been ordering with the company for long time. Ive placed an order this April 2023 for an order for delivery to Philippines. According to shein, it has been delivered on 07-May-22023 but the recipient (my grandmother) didnt receive any delivery, not even a call from any of your counterpart in Philippines.
I will be using the very last drop of my energy to spread the word in South Africa for people not to use this company anymore. Today I have made an order with Shein order number: GSHN6E3910001GB. My parcel had been split into two parts, let’s start with the first. I specifically ordered two large pants LARGE and two SMALLS were sent, not even mediums, small, instead of contacting me and saying there’s no stock you guys sent two small pants just to push the order through. I’ve already waited two weeks for. I pray to God I get that refund.
As for package number two, a jacket I ordered got stuck in customs, which I’ve had to pay extra for logistics, which I don’t understand. Why I need to pay customs. My jacket was randomly chosen by customs and I will only receive it after weeks as stated by buffalo logistics.
