Under windows, you have uPVC windows, sash windows, heritage windows, bay windows, arched windows and tilt & turn windows. After being let down on two occasions for someone to come out and give me a quote. I gave Safestyle the benefit of the doubt and ordered a new front door. we were really happy with the door and fit. A few weeks before Christmas we noticed the door wasn’t closing properly so telephoned to have some one come and and look at it. They were informed that we needed an early call as my mother would be going out at midday. Noone arrived and she telephoned to cancel call. Over the Christmas period my brotherin law visted us and confirmed that the door had dropped which was why it was making the sound and not shutting as it should. Two attempts later, safestyle finally came to look at the door, the man was very rude to my mother and basically said there was nothing wrong with the door but then proceeded to adjust the screws. I think this is absolutely appalling behaviour, the door wasn’t the cheapest and I was assured 10 year no quibble guarantee! not to be made to feel we were putting the chap put disgusting Customer Service!
Totally disgusted with safestyle! I have had a back door fitted contacted them about the door I can’t lock it or unlock it!! I am a pensioner living alone told them it was a fire risk they said can’t get anyone out till January!!
They have the worst customer care relationship I have ever had the misfortune to come across.
All phone numbers lead to the same place and there is no one else to talk to. Getting a return phone call is impossible. They try an book an engineer to visit you who will fix, temporarly, any problem. Trouble is it is temporary and soon comes back.
The maintance department does not seem to be interested in any permant repair.
I couldn’t agree more so far I have used the customer complaints online service 4 times, sent a recorded delivery letter, reported the company to trading standards and reported them to the glass and glaziers federation.
I have also tried to speak to the installation services ended up waiting in a queue for 15 mins before I had to go somewhere.
I have had an inspector out who agreed the installation was crap. The installers left so fast they left behind a jogging top and a pair of gloves.

We would like to commend Safestyle windows for their excellent customer care. We had a problem with one of our windows which was dealt with speed and efficiency from start to finish, the service engineers who were sent out to us were so helpful and polite as were the original engineers who fitted all our windows. We would recommend Safestyle every time they are such good value and as we said their after care is excellent … Well done everyone at Safestyle. Thank you …
To whom it may concern,I had my windows and doors fitted by yourselves on Friday 30th April and I am very pleased with the installation and the product. Contract number 1255888.
I have 2 queries the first is, I took out the 24 month interest free option but have no confirmation of this arrangement other than my original purchase contract and would like to check that this is a 2 year contract as my first payment will be taken out of my bank the beginning of May. My 2nd query is the fact that during the very hot weather my french doors would not shut until the weather cooled down, is there anything that can be done about this other than wishing for cold weather?
