Rosewe.com is an online fashion retailer established in the year 2009. The Chinese company manufactures and sells apparel and accessories for those between 18 and 35 years age.     I think this company is a fraud!! No telephone number to contact a live person. I just purchase something last week on 05/01 and called them back the next day for cancellation. and a full refund . I’m not able to get a live person. I’m going to report this company for an investigation. Especially reading others people commons

    This company is a complete rip off and I am very disappointed.
    I placed an order from December and I have yet to receive my products. I have sent numerous amounts of email inquiries and I have yet to receive a response. I just need a refund. Poor service.

  8. I ordered 4 dresses and a sweater a total of 205.00 paid with pay pal. Didn’t like the material none of the items fit well so I returned all items with the RMA Rosewe gave me. I was told by Rosewe PayPal would be refunding the money. This order its been 2 months and no refund. And I can’t get a hold of them which is the same issue paypal has. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! Oh I got my delivery almost a month late as well.

    I have been trying to get hold of you by phone and both numbers have been disconnected.
    I ordered a top and was informed I didn’t have pay pal so I ordered the top on a credit card I have. Went to my email to check out my order only to see I have the same top ordered twice. I don’t want both tops and have to pay to return one. What am I to do?

    I ordered a blue jean blouse on 10/15/18 and have not received it yet nor have I received a tracking number to track my item. The money was deducted from my bank account and I can’t seem to get in contact with anyone in customer service, for Rosewe. I am in the process of getting a lawyer and reporting this company to the better business bureau, if I am not contact or receive my item within the next week! My inv. # is RR1810120918337177.

    I have been trying to return several bathing suits and have had no luck with this. Please refer to T1490679464 for details. I took a gamble when I ordered 4 bathing suits but never realized everything was coming out of China and could not be returned nor refunded.

    Your return policy states, “We offer full refund of the items you returned.” You first offered me 50% and I should keep the items, and your final offer was 80% of purchase price. You even said you tried to convinced management to offer a higher refund, but they only agreed to 80%. That seems like a take it or leave it offer. I tried calling both the 718 phone number and the 888 phone number. I left a message 3X at the 718 number, since “the person [I]am trying to call” was not available. No mention of Rosewe. The 888 number keeps ringing until it is cut off. I would have ordered nothing if I could not get a full refund, certainly not two dresses in different sized. My RMA Number is R18070423081871560716. The ticket number was T33255699283. I would be greatly surprised if I get a response to this email, in which case I would post another review acknowledging the response.

  15. I have ordered a dress since 10 May 2018. The tracking said that the dress has been shipped but I can’t trace it. I was told that I will get it by the 14 June the latest. Today is 20 June and I need my dress. Can somebody come back to me please. I bought this dress for a wedding next week. My order number is R1805101716047738. This is my first online shopping experience ever and I am disappointed. I don’t think I will take that risk again…

  18. I ordered a dress that does not fit and want to return it. The Transaction ID is 6X897432X4932143H ad the cost was $43.79.

    I can’t log in as I have forgotten the password i used and when I try to reset this by filling in my email address it just comes up with a note saying: – Please username and email must match. Please type it again. Previous – and so I don’t know how to reset my password so I can log in.

  21. I’m experiencing a rather long delivery wait also. I purchased a dress online and it’s been over a month and no sign of dress. I’m within the states and would not expect such a long delivery. On top of that I’ve contacted customer service and no answer. I’d like a full refund at this point.
