I have a French 5-level set purchased in 2013. The software lost its structure when I updated the Macbook OS, scrambling all the files. It’s been a while (life happens) but I have a new computer and have successfully loaded all 5 levels, but the authorization code is not accepted. The response indicates an 8811 error code, but I’m not able to work through this glitch. It may be ‘expired’ or voided because it was already initiated on a different computer, and it’s been about four years later now. Please let me know how to get the software trainer okay to use on my new computer. I can send you the old auth code or other purchase info if that helps. Thank you.
My situation is similar to that of Dr. James R. Warner. I bought my Rosetta Stone Russian years ago… possibly as long as 8 or 10 years ago. I don’t remember. At any rate I have the CDs, but no longer have the access code. I bought it from Rosetta Stone so I should still be in their computer record. I have changed computers and want to install it in my present computer. How do I go about doing that?
Since upgrading the language learning programs (both Italian and German) I have had issues handling the material, as I would like to retain the command of the session by clicking next page when I am ready and not when the system does it. The problem is that I cannot see, at the bottom of the screen, the list of questions that would allow me to do so.

Is there a way to change the Rosetta Stone from one computer to another? If so, what do I need to do?
My husband brought this software from U.S, but i´m going crazy as i have many problems to install. It says failed application error 2124.
The hard drive on my computer failed and I have replaced it. on re-loading Rosetta Stone French I was asked for the activation ID that came with the Rosetta Stone product, I no longer have this ID as it was some 4 years ago I bought it. Can You help, please?
