I bought Helix Timex watch and due to hurry i couldn’t check for its operation. After 30 minute when i try to run the watch, i found that there was not watch guard and it was not running. i requested the seller to replace it because i came to him just after 30 minute, but he refused to do so and he denied for any help. I was shocked with their behavior. i am very unhappy with you service.
I had bought a TIMEX QUARTZ COLLECTION WRISTWATCH, MODEL NO.OV04-T1 with a long blue strap which has to be wound twice around the wrist, almost 2 years ago on 24.05.2010 in dhanbad from an authorized dealer named PARIKH WATCH CO. Since it is broken now, i need to replace it.At the time of purchase, the dealer offered to help me replace the strap whenever needed.Now that i am in need, in-spite of me telling him several times,i am still wondering on the replacement. I am not happy with the service rendered.
I had taken a watch from vasai, an authorised timex dealer named time store, the watch model no is F 800. I had purchased it on 12-11-12 but after 3 days it started stopping and then after 3 days I realized that radium was also not working…. I had taken it for diwali… Now at 21-11-12 I had given it to the same store but still am not getting it. .. Is this the pathetic Customer service which you give…I had faith in your brand but it no longer exists….. I have to think twice if buying a timex watch again.
Hi . I had bought a TIMEX EXPEDITION ALTIMETER WATCH WITH YELLOW RUBBER BAND almost a year & a half ago . The band has cracked and I need to replace the same with either yellow or black band. Would you help me in locating the authentic place to replace the same & what would be the approx. cost of the band?
