    I have ordered clothes on March 15th, 2021. It said it was being shipped out a few days later. It is March 30th, and I have yet to recieve my clothing items I purchased. I usually don’t have to wait this long since this company ships out packages very quickly and you get them at your door a few days later, but its been 2 weeks and I still never got the clothes. Romwe’s custom service did not help me when I tried talking to a real person.

  2. I’ve placed an order and the size chart is wrong is there anyway I can change the size of something while it’s still processing I ordered shoes for a funeral and the size chart said us 8 is equivalent to a uk 6 but it’s not

    I ordered a package February 5th it says my shipment was delivered an signed February 12th but I never received my order I paid over 60$ for something I’ve never received

    I ordered my clothes on the 6th of November and it is the 26th of January. I have ordered from Romwe before but it’s never taken this long. My tracking number is BUFZA2110097007YQ, my tracking has not updated since the 20th of November and it says it’s Inbound Manifest to the hub. Where are my clothes?

  5. I order November 27 and it was suppose to come December 3 and it says it was delivered but I never came to my house , I don’t understand what’s so hard about delivering to the exact house when it has the number of the house that I put when I ordered the clothes .

    I ordered my clothing in the beginning to middle of june and have not received them yet. I then got a notice on july 6th the my order has “trouble finding a P.O. box” meanwhile i gave them my postal code, town, street and address correctly and they said they would try and contact me for more details meanwhile i have not received a single email, please help i payed 90 dollars and have not received my order yet.

  7. Hi. I placed an order & it says it was delivered & that I signed for it, but no one got anything!!! I want to know where my order is because I didn’t spend money on something I didn’t get. How ridiculous, there isn’t even a number I can call!

    My package said it shipped on the 22nd of May and I still have not received it however an order I placed after this package has already arrived in the mail I have reached out to you guys but have heard nothing back I would just like to know where my package is or I would like to receive a refund.

  9. I ordered my stuff 3 weeks ago with it saying that the package will arrive June 1st. It’s the first and I have no tracking information or anything to see if it will even come today.

  12. I have placed an order in ROMWE Nd I have pain from debits card and it also deducted the amount from my account and still it’s on processing and I hv placed order on 26 of August still it’s in process.
    I wnt my order by 25 of September cause I have big event in September.
    Wit due respect plz do it fast .

Hi I’ve recently sent my order back but I’ve realised that I sent it to the address that’s on the packaging which is not the right address it’s 3 swimsuits if they’ve still got the take on them can I be refunded and what do I do about the address I have sent it to will you still receive my order there’s £30 worth
