Sir I have purchased a shirt on 23rd july 2019 from reliance trend chakrata road dehradun . In which a tag of 50 percent is attached but the store incharge has given me 30 percent discount only .The management says that company has changed its policy and you will get only 30 percent . A net loss of 20 percent
Today I visited Reliance Trend at Sohna Road, Gurgaon and was surprised to note announcement are not matched with reality. There was announcement that 5% additional discount would be offered on use of SBI credit card but it was denied. Then staff offered that if i buy two pieces of Classic Polo shirt, there will be a discount of 50% which was also refused. Then it was conveyed in the store that if I buy goods worth Rs 5000/- , we will be given coupons of Rs 2500/- on Reliance in house products. I selected 4 pieces of Netplay shirt, offer was refused. All together i selected to 10 shirts but due to indifferent attitude of staff including manager in-charge, i have leave all the products. Further the message on phone given was that Get Free garments worth Rs 2500/- on shopping Rs 2500/- on select merchandise till June 22, 2018. No one was able to connect with the offer.It was a totally disappointed
visit to your store and highly incourteous and unprofessional approach of your entire team at store. Sorry for store like Reliance Brand.
I have a complaint against Reliance Store,,GMS Road,Dehradun.The complaint pertains to lack in customer service,lack of knowledge of billing staff and not honouring messages conveyed by Reliance Store HO to the customers.please guide me to whom I should approach with my grievances.kindly furnish me email I’D of competent authority who can redress my grievance.
