I received beautiful flowers today 29 .11.22 from my brother and sister in law in Dublin!! I have been ill and it was a lovely surprise, they came with a vase but unfortunately the vase had a big chip at the top of the rim , it’s dangerous as I could cut my finger with it
I wish I’d read the reviews before ordering flowers for my sister in London. Roses wilted after one day paid £30 for them won’t order again as very disappointed poor quality and customer service is rubbish. I e-mailed straight away to complain and have only just received a reply after two weeks asking me to send an e-mail.
I ordered flowers to be sent to a relative for her birthday on 22nd May but they did not arrive. I had confirmation when I ordered them that they would be delivered to recipient on 22nd May.
I ordered some flowers for a friend but had no confirmation that you had received the order then they were delivered the day after they should have been. But as I had nothing from you I ordered more flowers from another company so I have now paid for two lots of flowers because you didn’t let me know that you had got my order or that you were delivering them.
Placed order for flowers vide order 6075243 fir being delivered before 1PM on 16th April. Have not been delivered at all. They were for the birthday of my daughter-in-law and the purpose is defeated. I have lost £40. Mistake is mine. Should have seen the reviews before ordering.
Received a bouquet of roses sent by my son in America yesterday. When received there was five steams without any roses on top. Today they are already wilting after one day. Not impressed I think they are very poor quality. Will be telling my son not to use this site again.
Had a bouquet delivered on 21 Feb for my birthday, and it was of poor quality! The roses were wilted & droopy after 1 day, and the rest very shortly afterwards! Won’t ever use this.
I ordered some flowers on behalf of my brother to be sent to his partner and instead of arriving in the morning they eventually arrived at 4pm. Having spoken to my brother a few days later he said that the flowers were starting to droop. This is not good enough as they cost £36 for 12 red roses. This is not cheap and they should at least have lasted 10 days. Quite appalling. Would never use this service again and would never recommend to anyone else to use either.
I ordered a bouquet to be delivered to a friend in France yesterday.
Despite your information to the contrary, there was no way of tracking the order.
I received no confirmation of delivery and it didn’t arrive.
I complained and was told that someone would be in touch. This didn’t happen.
Today I have sent numerous emails with no response. I have now asked for a refund.
My son from Perth, Australia, ordered some sympathy flowers for my sister on 7/9/21 and paid for them, including a delivery fee. Frustratingly, the first available delivery date was not till 11/9/21. Till today, flowers have not been delivered .Tracking said : Status: Ready to go/Out for delivery for many long days. I am thoroughly disappointed with your appalling customer service. It was impossible to get a contact phone number and trying to email you was extremely difficult.
These were the worst flowers I have ever bought; the low quality surpassed only by Prestige’s even worse customer service …
My honest review is that these flowers were terrible & actually made me feel embarrassed to have sent them. They were that bad, that the quality would have been far superior if I’d bought them last minute from a petrol station forecourt!!
As a point of comparison, I used to work in a supermarket & have taken flowers home at the end of the day, that were “best before” that day – & they looked fresher & lasted longer then the ones sent out by Prestige!!
So I ordered a bouquet, as a birthday treat for someone – as travel plans meant I unfortunately wouldn’t be home in time as expected.
To be fair, they arrived on time & well packaged & were delivered in the late afternoon, on the day they had been requested for. (They arrived on a Wednesday).
Within 30 mins, they had been unpacked, fed & arranged & texted about, so all was going well.
I finally arrived back home at night 2 days later (the Friday) & was disappointed when I saw them, as they didn’t look perky or bright, but sad, dull & dying. Despite the remonstrations that it was ok & that it didn’t matter & that it was the thought that counted, it DID matter. I had placed my faith in Prestige to deliver something that I was unable to do due to my absence, with the website & marketing reviews leading me to believe that it would be done. They had been bought as a birthday treat for someone important, (which Prestige were fully aware of, as they ask the occasion when you are purchasing online), however Prestige let me & themselves down with the bouquet & the condition was not acceptable or what I wanted for someone important. Very simply, they were not of merchantable quality or fit for purpose.
The next day (The Saturday), I tried to contact Prestige in the morning to make them aware & to complain about the quality, however I was advised that I couldn’t be redirected as the agents were unavailable, but that the support team would get back to me as soon as possible … with no available customer services & no further guidance on the website, I waited to be contacted back … & waited … On Wed morning I again contacted Prestige to find out what was going on & why no-one had bothered to contact me or even acknowledge my message?
I was answered with “…sorry you feel they’re unsatisfactory … can you send some pictures?”
I explained that they’d been thrown out now, as I tried to get in touch 5 days previously & had been waiting for help / guidance from Prestige – hence why I was chasing them AGAIN!
Prestige said “As an online florist, we request photographic evidence before we can compensate our customers. We are aware that sometimes this is not always possible. I have spoken to our Florist Manager and we would like to offer a £10.00 voucher as a form of recompense”
… erm No! They cost more than that & I’m not paying for cr*p!! I don’t intend to get let down by you again, so I won’t be using you again! EVER!
Your customer service is bad, but the service to get them to their destination was just fine, it’s the quality of your flowers that are poor – see the pictures I have now added as evidence. They were sub-standard & not of merchantable quality or fit for purpose. It’s not my issue that you weren’t available to receive feedback or to act quicker or deal with quality issues & that I had to wait 5 days & chase you again for any kind of response; & it’s certainly not my issue that you’re only available 9-5 Mon-Friday (but available 24/7 * 365 to take customer’s money), despite what supervisor S***e thinks … I made you aware of the issue as soon as I was aware of it, which was within a reasonable timescale. Your inability to respond to that is not a customer’s issue.
Terms & conditions of a sale are that the product has to be of satisfactory quality & fit for purpose. These were not.
If you are contemplating using Prestige for your floral requirements, I would recommend choosing a different company, otherwise you will be as disappointed & embarrassed as I was.
I have received your celebrate bouquet from a friend as a get well present. The flowers were very poor the roses wilted after one day as did amazingly the chrysanthemums and even the greenery dried and died even though there was plenty of water in the vase. Also one of the Germans was damaged as was one iof the carnations. Altogether the bouquet was very disappointing.
I received sweet Williams yesterday, which were ordered by my daughter. Although 3 bunches arrived, they are certainly not strong stemmed as advertised and usually are when shop bought.
I had to throw at least a third away due to thin spindly stems that were broken, & also there were a lot of very short ones & some stems didn’t even have any flowers! Very bad quality certainly do not live up to prestige.
I ordered flowers for my mother last week, they arrived withered & half of the flowers dead. After contacting customer services I was finally told that a fresh batch would be sent out to arrive yesterday. However, yesterday I received a message from Royal Mail & they were being delivered to a totally different person at another address. I contacted customer service several times & have had no response.A total waste of money, time & thought, would never use them again!
When a bouquet for a funeral didn’t turn up I enquired of Prestige Flowers what had happened. I was strung along through 30 emails, with repeated requests for recipients name and address several times. There was no continuity, I think someone different answered my emails each time. An erroneous tracking was given, it was suggested the grieving family to see if the flowers were there. Throughout there was no consideration for the fact I had just lost my brother. There was complete denial of responsibility, like I was the one at fault. I did not give up, despite their attempts to fob me off, finally, they admitted the tracking they’d suggested was the wrong one. There was no tracking for the missing bouquet. But Prestige Flowers said the bouquet had been dispatched but *Not Scanned* at the Royal Mail sorting office. Really?! They they started making totally unacceptable offers, and as though they were doing me a great favour, like as mentioned in other notes here, offering vouchers for my next purchase. I demanded a new bouquet be sent out and I be reimbursed. For all the time and distress involved that seemed minimum compensation and customer service. I was told I could either have a new bouquet sent out or, eventually, a refund, but not both.
I ordered flowers to be delivered this morning as yet not arrived..I tracked them to Stratford upon avon sorting office. They arrived there at 4 am this morning. That is 4 miles from the person I sent them to.I used your flowers because I was recomeded by a friend..Not happy and will not be using you again.
