STAY AWAY! I made a purchase at PicknPay Clothing online and was charged bouble on my credit card. I have been trying to get a refund now for several weeks, but to no avail. Terrible TERRIBLE customer support!
Hi, I bought something at P&p Goodwood Mall this morning. I asked one of the ladies, why is there only 3 cashiers available? She just kept on walking away. I went to her and asked why is she walking away when I spoke to her. Things just escalated. The manager had no idea on how to deal with the situation and the lady acted as if she owns the store. POOR SERVICE!!!!
I am at my wits end. I have contacted pick n pay online numerous times over R200 in airtime and no resolve has been met. I purchased 3 items online home shopping 6th November. I received and was billed for 1 item on the 11th November. However when I approached cspitec to release the balance as items were out of stock they gave me a printout of my statement which shows the money was NOT reserved it was paid to pick n pay online Kenilworth on the 7th November. The deduction is on my statement. Nobody is willing to accept the money was in fact paid over and pick n pay home online is sitting with my money. I have even tried to call the head office directly requesting for a manager to call me. I am still waiting. It is now 6th December 2022.
I am disgusted with the attitude of the workers at pick n pay at mokopane. I will rather shop my groceries and other requirements at another retailer. They should work on their customer relations. For the past two months am leaving the store upset.
Pick and Pay, Kensington, Park Meadows I had poor service from you today. Some of your national markdown products scanned normal price at the till when I queried the teller looked at the recept (till slip) and pretended not to notice. Only the power energy drink was deducted and not my dettol soap and Simba Chips. In the chaos I even lost my 2.5kg of sugar, my soap and spray at the shop. In all my years I had pleasant experience at this particular shop but today was the most unpleasant experience ever. Now I’m very reluctant to ever buy from them again
I cancelled an ASAP order on 20 August 2022 and as at 14 September have had no joy in being refunded. After at first closing my request they have now gone missing and are not responding to my mail. The telephones are not being answered and I’m at my wits’ end with this. This is not acceptable treatment and I vow to never shop online with PnP again.

Most disappointed today after shopping at pick n pay queensburgh in Durban. No packer to pack my groceries, and when someone eventually came, was called away by another staff member. We could not wait any longer and my husband packed the groceries, when done a guy came over to pack and my husband told him he is too late. With arrogance he replied to say he is not late. Not only was there no packer but the arrogance of staff member was shocking to me. Never will I ever shop at this store again. This was reported to the store manager, but not sure if anything will be done.
I’m very disappointed in PicknPay Rosebank mall. Yesterday I bought two bags of potatoes as I opened them now. I found rotten potatoes in each. I couldn’t go back to return them because of busy schedule. I’m very disappointed..
Waiting almost 4 months for a refund since Dec 13 2021 sent almost 22 emails and 40 calls I get pushed from pillar to post and no resolution what a pathetic way to instill faith in online shopping from a household brand !!
I had a very very pleasant shopping at the PnP Hani in Vosloorus Chris Hani Mall.I noticed the Store manager Nomsa and Brian were at the till points, assisting to pack, to push the queues so we can pay and leave. I had decided to stop to shop for a long time cause the shelves are seldom full, you don’t get what you need. Customer trolleys all over the show. Queues at the tills, cashiers talking to each other.
But since this lady store manager came to that store, shelves are full, perishable stock on the shelve when the store opens, cashiers speedily scanning items at the tills. I was helped by Nomsa, came to do a void at my till and always pleasant and willing to serve.
Please keep me shopping at pnp and keep up the good work Nomsa and team.
I had a rather pleasant experience with the team at PnP Clothing, Mall@Reds so I thought I’d leave a compliment.
The staff was incredibly helpful, attentive and friendly. I didn’t get their names but particularly one lady at the counter (helped me with product info and sizes) and one gentleman on the floor who was packing and helped with finding something for my son. Great service is rare, I enjoyed my shopping with you today, thank you.
