About Petco Park
Petco Park is a baseball stadium in San Diego, California, serving as the home ground to MLB’s San Diego Padres. Opened in the year 2004, the stadium regularly hosts baseball, soccer, golf and rugby. It is also a popular entertainment venue, hosting concerts year round. Petco Park has a seating capacity of 40,200. Also home to NCAA’s Holiday Bowl, Petco Park is located in the downtown area and can be accessed through bus, cab, train (Coaster) or trolley. The 10th Av & Park Bl (Petco Park), 12th & Imperial Station and 12th & Imperial Transit Center are the closest stations to the park. If taking the bus, look for connections on 12, 901 and 929. The option for pre-paid parking is available for fans on match days. There are more than 30,000 parking spaces available around the park. Preferred parking locations include Premier Lot, Tailgate Park, Padres Parkade, Park 12, Horton Plaza Garage, San Diego Convention Center and Bayfront Hilton Garage. Prepaid parking is available for most of these garages.

Tickets for games can be purchased by telephone or via the website. The Box Office is open Monday to Friday from 10am to 5pm on non-game days. The gates open to guest 90 minutes before first pitch.
