I never expected such a bad customer care from PEPS. We are selecting this brand by their advertisements. But they will never get back to us even after repeated mails. The executives in Trivandrum outlets would misinform you to get business and after getting the advance they would change their attitude. Delivery was also pathetic. They appointed one guy to respond to customer’s mails, regarding the complaints, who don’t know even basics of customer service. By advice is not to go any product by its brand name. Please check the customer care and follow up before selecting a product.

So far experience with the staff of peps or the shop itself from where the mattress was purchased as been horrendous here in Goa
Completely useless interface. Neither of their numbers work nor they ever call you back despite sending out a mail. I am shocked to see how can they be so arrogant in today’s customer centric world.
I had contacted Peps by giving a missed call on the number displayed on the website and was contacted by an executive from the Peps. He was very cordial and helpful initially, he listened to my query and helped by bringing a person with the miniature to help me choose the right mattress. I booked for a pocketed Restonic mattress on 4th of April by paying an advance of 4000 Rs. I was assured that the mattress would be delivered to me by Monday. Now its Wednesday and I have been trying to get in touch with all the persons involved but am not getting a single reply, nobody is picking up the call. I have to request my society FMS to let the person come and deliver the product,but everyday there is no show. I even tried speaking to the person responsible for tracking the order and he told me that he would get back to me but same with him, he also stopped responding. If you guys are not able to deliver please stop wasting others’ time and refund my amount so that I can book other brand which according to you are not good but I am sure they would at least deliver the product.
