No customer service at all. Items were not backordered when I purchase. Only after a few days later upon shipment notice did I find out one item on backorder. Was not even informed. Then was tentatively told July 1. Check back with customer service on July 6, was told new distribution center received stock and currently processing my order. July 11 still no shipping confirmation. Check with customer service again on July 12; only have 2 in stock in another store. Wow nothing but empty promises and lies to fulfill my order.
I have ordered several items from you. I exchanged a PWC cover because it was to small. Tyler helped me get the right one. Thank you. I also have ordered spark plugs which were on backorder. I had to purchase 10 of them instead of the quantity I needed. I received 4 of the 10 and wondering where the other 6 are? I paid 27.65 not including S/H. I cannot believe they are over $6.00 a piece and only 4 to a pack! I have called several times and the longest I was on hold was 47 minutes! Today I tried 4 times and was put on hold over 6 minutes each time! Who has time all day to find out where the rest of your order is? Please advise as I do need the spark plugs.
Hi, I have ordered many items from you and they have been awesome. I recently received a 110 volt inflator from you that works very good. I believe I was supposed to receive 4 Blue Fenders in the same order. It I NEVER received them. Could you please send my 4 Blue fenders that I ordered Number 30722 as soon as possible. I also want to order a new ladder for my pontoon boat but am hesitant to order it until I get my 4 Blue dock bumper tubes. Thankyou very much
I will never order another product from Overtons. Ordered a set of boat registration numbers from Overtons on July 3. Product said that it was in stock. Just received them July 24. They came in a box 10 times bigger than the product with no packing materials at all, and when I opened up the the box the letter packet was open from being bounced around in the box. Some of the lettering was bent and damaged. Terrible packing by Overtons!!!!!
I will never purchase another thing from Overtons again. Very disappointed.
Recieved code MARINE20 for a 20% discount on all marine items. Tried to purchase a Lawrence TI 7. Code was accepted for an additional discount of 133.00 but received an error code when attempting to purchase. Called help line and was told code was invalid. Order form should not accept if that was the case. Nowhere did I find that electronics wete excluded. Very dissatisfied customer.
