I have sent all the required documents and the payment has been made as well. I have asked to end the contract and all the procedure and formalities has been done. The staff is very slow to answer. And they keep you waiting for long time. And each time they say something to do. I have filled up all the forms , payment done and still did not receive confirmation of contact termination. I am outside Qatar on vacation and procedure was very hard and staff was very slow to answer. I would like to thanks Ooredoo for the service provided, but the staff is too slow.

I had trust and believe that Oreedoo is one of the best service provider, as for the first time when i went to your one of the store they assured me that within 21 days , my wifi connection for fiber optic would be installed, now its 1 month and 10 days nothing has happened till, only a survey has happened once, since than i never received any calls or updates,
I visited you store many times and they say always next week, and its a surprise when i went to your Amerat store , they said they do not know anything , they do not have any information.
I called 1514 1000 times every one has different responses, some says NOC not submitted for your information i submitted NOC physically and also to 10 different numbers.
I have also CC consumer protection in this email so that the can actually see how to treat ans let your customer suffer.
Your outgoing services will be stopped from today midnight. Make Hala credit top-up of QR 10 or more now to keep your Hala line active. You will lose any unused credit and allowance from Packs or Cards in case Hala top-up is not done before today midnight. Hurry!( I have received this message today 12 am and I lost all my data recharge and other balance .. this is totally unfair and I tried to contact customer service but they only say press this and that… i need my balance back other wise I will go to court for this

I am facing dead slow internet since 2 days. I cannot browse anything, i tried restarting the device but no luck. I also tried reaching you on 111 but unfortunately hung up due to long waiting.
