    I ordered some contact lenses in July and now its September and i still haven’t seen them….the tracking number isn’t working!!! This site is a complete scam! And i don’t even want to talk about their automatic robot responses when i tried to contact the customer service! There is no way to get your money back! This site is garbage

  2. I ordered 3 pairs of sandals about a month ago and haven’t seen them yet. My money was taken from my account within days so why does it take so long to get my order? It’s really sad the way you people handle your business because I love your foot wear. You think I would learned my lesson since I have ordered from you guys before and had the same issue but I thought you guys would have gotten better but apparently I was wrong.

    • I ordered 4 garments. I have only received 2 – a dress and a top but the wrong size. I ordered size 12 US size, i.e. medium but was sent XL – the two items that finally came. I have learnt my lesson!!!! Never ever to order again with money wasted.
      Trying to send the items back and getting a refund has proved a nightmare!!!!! The return policy does not work!!!!

    I ordered on may 4th paid in full and money taken directly out of my account. I did not receive a tracking number and it’s now the 4th of June and I havent received my order. I was really looking forward to trying your product but its impossible if I dont have it.

  5. Pants are way too small, you are making me jump though hoops to get a refund. Reporting you. Never buy from these guys. The pants are not even the right color that I ordered and look nothing like the picture. scam.

    I purchased 2 dresses from Newchic on 12th August & received an email the following day to say the transaction of my order had been processed successfully & that I would receive another email to say it has been shipped. If I had any questions I could contact the help centre.
    I received another email on the 26th August saying we regret to inform you there is insufficient stock to ship one of my orders. And could I please select my preferred solution, which it only gave me one day to do. Unfortunately I was unable to deal with it in such a short space of time & now I am unable to open that link as it has been closed.
    I don’t know what kind of business you are running but I would like to Cancel the whole order?

    I have never had such a hard time trying to get a refund in my life this company is a scam. Plus I paid over $20 to return my items I will never order from them again and my friends know not to order from them I have to get off their mailing list. It makes me sick

    I ordered 2 items a week ago. Since I’m a new member, I “supposedly” have one free item and a discount up to 60% off. I have 3 items in total. I proceeded to checkout and selected COD as a mode of payment. Processing of items have been successful and they’re supposedly be shipped on April 1, but when I reviewed my order’s history on Mar. 30, they have been cancelled without any notice. I tried to repurchase it but the discounts are gone and the free item is no longer free. Really frustrating.

      I have long lodged a query on my account after receiving numerous messages that I owe Homechoice yet the last order I collected was that of blankets of which I have paid for in APRIL 2019. Surprisingly I am told I owe money for pots and microwave, Items that I have never collected. Just on the 02/07/2019 I received yet another message say my account its in arrears and that I should pay or face legal action. Homechoice this is just injustice to me and so frustrating because I have been a loyal customer. Please set your records straight.

    You guys have promised that I should received my order in 7 to 25 days . I purchased and FULLY paid three (3) items on January 5 , 2019.The only I have received last week was the pair of men watermelon color matching slip on . But the other two “Men breathable hollow out slip on” SKU# 461970 , one blue size 8 and other is aqua or light green size 7.5 ,haven’t received yet .Hopefully this must be resolved soon . I really worked hard for this.

    I have been trying to order some goods from you for 3weeks now and find it impossible to do so. I can order the size but not the style, I am a first time customer and don’t have a password, but you keep telling me that a link has been sent to renew a password but that never comes through. Do you want customers or not??? Your reviews are also very poor .Please get back to me on this subject.

      Hi, I am purchased 3 orders in the Dec and I haven’t received it as yet. I tried multiple times to get into contact with you guys but nobody has even called me back and it’s extremely frustrating I hope I get the stuff I ordered because I spent a lot of money on them!!     I bought and paid for several items on February 1st Now they tell me they didnt receive my payment of 141.49 which cleared by bank on February 1st 2019 please refund my money NOW. I don’t like companies that lie and deceive people Believe me this isn’t over yet and won’t be until I get my refund My lawyer and back have seen official records and are ready to take on a case against you I would never suggest your company to to anyone now. VERY disappointed in your company I will wait to see my refund until Wednesday the 13th before I take more actioin
