  1. I ordered 3 pairs of sandals about a month ago and haven’t seen them yet. My money was taken from my account within days so why does it take so long to get my order? It’s really sad the way you people handle your business because I love your foot wear. You think I would learned my lesson since I have ordered from you guys before and had the same issue but I thought you guys would have gotten better but apparently I was wrong.

  2. I ordered on may 4th paid in full and money taken directly out of my account. I did not receive a tracking number and it’s now the 4th of June and I havent received my order. I was really looking forward to trying your product but its impossible if I dont have it.

    I purchased 2 dresses from Newchic on 12th August & received an email the following day to say the transaction of my order had been processed successfully & that I would receive another email to say it has been shipped. If I had any questions I could contact the help centre.
    I received another email on the 26th August saying we regret to inform you there is insufficient stock to ship one of my orders. And could I please select my preferred solution, which it only gave me one day to do. Unfortunately I was unable to deal with it in such a short space of time & now I am unable to open that link as it has been closed.
    I don’t know what kind of business you are running but I would like to Cancel the whole order?

    I ordered 2 items a week ago. Since I’m a new member, I “supposedly” have one free item and a discount up to 60% off. I have 3 items in total. I proceeded to checkout and selected COD as a mode of payment. Processing of items have been successful and they’re supposedly be shipped on April 1, but when I reviewed my order’s history on Mar. 30, they have been cancelled without any notice. I tried to repurchase it but the discounts are gone and the free item is no longer free. Really frustrating.

      I have long lodged a query on my account after receiving numerous messages that I owe Homechoice yet the last order I collected was that of blankets of which I have paid for in APRIL 2019. Surprisingly I am told I owe money for pots and microwave, Items that I have never collected. Just on the 02/07/2019 I received yet another message say my account its in arrears and that I should pay or face legal action. Homechoice this is just injustice to me and so frustrating because I have been a loyal customer. Please set your records straight.

    You guys have promised that I should received my order in 7 to 25 days . I purchased and FULLY paid three (3) items on January 5 , 2019.The only I have received last week was the pair of men watermelon color matching slip on . But the other two “Men breathable hollow out slip on” SKU# 461970 , one blue size 8 and other is aqua or light green size 7.5 ,haven’t received yet .Hopefully this must be resolved soon . I really worked hard for this.

    I bought and paid for several items on February 1st Now they tell me they didnt receive my payment of 141.49 which cleared by bank on February 1st 2019 please refund my money NOW. I don’t like companies that lie and deceive people Believe me this isn’t over yet and won’t be until I get my refund My lawyer and back have seen official records and are ready to take on a case against you I would never suggest your company to to anyone now. VERY disappointed in your company I will wait to see my refund until Wednesday the 13th before I take more actioin

  13. I picked out a pair of mens shoes for my family to order for me for xmas from this place. Not only were they a week late, they were not the shoes I had ordered. Have no idea how to return them. Not 1 phone # I’ve found for this place is valid. I’m done ordering things threw the internet. This is the 3rd xams in a row that I’ve ended up with items that I didn’t pick out or order and ended up stuck with them. China sucks! What ever happened to MADE IN USA. I miss the old American Pride.

    I have looked on the tracking route and it says they have tried to deliver but I have been here on the days the have tried. I’m very disappointed as I was hoping they would be here for my hoilday, I have paid for my order in full I would like to know when my order will be here they can also leave my order in my porch.

The shoes are poorly made and they are marked size 40 size 7 uk THEY ARE NOT.I take size 5 uk, these shoes are TOO small, and should not be sold in this misleading fashion. The trousers are not as seen in the picture, shoddy and not cotton as advertised. They are too awfull to wear.

    Admittedly I have received three items I ordered last and this year but am presently waiting for four pieces of clothing and on my order page it states that one of them has been ‘Shipped’. It has said this for weeks now so where is it? Even from China it wouldn’ take this long … surely?

You sent An email that one of the five orders is out of stock. the email provides a way for me to let you know to wait for a restock date or get a refund. I’ve tried to get the refund, but there is a problem with your website and I don’t have a way to contact you. This is poor customer service. I have read the many complaints about your company and will never order anything from you again, and will take further action to get my money back.

    I ordered a fur coat from this site. It is awful. It was a late delivery and now I don’t know how to get rid of it and get any refund! Shipping cost is unbelievable high! Quality is terrible! Size does not match! It took a while to find a customer service contact! I will never ever use this site! And second part of my order has insufficient stock.   29. I ordered a red woollen coat 41075863 in December and the expected shipping date was printed as December 27th and I still haven’t received it. I have two other orders outstanding but there is no way to contact this company. However, I received a bag I ordered plus a pair of SCOOFY boots and I’ve been delighted with both items. It seems to be a very hit and miss affair ordering from New Chic but the trouble is they have such unusual and tempting products.

    I have tried at least 20 times to reset my password to find out where the boots I ordered weeks ago. 60 seconds is not enough time to reset it.
    You mobile app sucks and freezes up. I want to know where my purchase is before I get the fraud investigation department of my Credit Union to get me my merchandise or a refund!

    I placed an order for a pair of Socofy beach sandals a few weeks ago. The order number is 31229069. I received an email informing me they were out of stock. Since then I haven’t heard anything. I have tried to send emails but they just bounce back saying the address cannot be found. I have tried to phone newchic and get told the number has nor been recognised. I have now, with regret, placed a query with the complaints dept as I didn’t know what else to do. Please could you let me know what is happening with my order.
