I purchased an RV cover and Gutter Spouts from National Covers. com last week. The cover came it wasn’t the size I ordered (3′ too big) I called customer service and a very rude arrogant woman told me the covers were Universal. If this is true then why have a size section on your website to choose the size I need?? This company shouldn’t ask us to measure our camper then choose a size if the covers are Universal! That makes no sense. The Gutter spout covers didn’t come as ordered either. There was no invoice to show what was shipped. Your customer service woman wouldn’t let me explain anything. She kept shouting “if you will let me finish”! Let her finish what? Needless to say, this was my first purchase from National Covers.com and definitely will be my last!
