Cheaters. We have ordered for sarees and they were all different in colors and quality, from what was shown in TV. When we got the customer care contact after two days, they refused to take it return and also for exchange. They said, we had to return within 48hrs, which was not mentioned to us, even when asked, while placing the order. All are poor Quality items and worst customer service, it is wasting your money on these cheaters. We recommend sites like Amazon and flip kart, who provide excellent customer service.
Hi, I bought a sewing machine for the first time, it stopped working within 1 month, hence i requested for replacement, they replaced it for 5 times but the product didn’t work properly, after that they provided me a voucher to buy other products, so i bought a cookware set paying some extra amount, but again the product which i received is not proper fully broken.. When i asked for refund, again they are convincing to buy their product by giving a voucher, they are not refunding the amount.. Please help me with this. Take action on them..They are cheating each and every customer by providing defective products..
