  1. I ordered from them and my clothes look nothing like the pictures. Items were very this and see through. I’ve been trying to speak with a live person, but can’t get anyone. I’ve sent several emails, but they keep saying the same thing over and over again.

  2. I think you need to work a little harder on getting people answered. I was told I will get a text in 24 hours, I haven’t gotten anything. I would just like to know if I can exchange two pairs of jeans for two more.

  3. Most pictures DO NOT tell you the truth. Outfits that appears jeans are more like a double layered pair of opaque stockings. The sizing is for Asian women who are built like 12 to 14 year old teenagers. They don’t make nothing for a curvy woman, a thick woman, a big hip woman so it’s no way that we will ever be able to find what our sizes would be. The smalls are too small the mediums are too big and it probably goes that way for everybody pertaining to the size that they wear. The only thing that I can honestly say worth buying is nothing. I spent almost $200 on some items that the fabric wasn’t what was described..the fabric did not fit the reviews or the descriptions. I have jeans whose zipper is broken. I’ll give the stuff away as gifts but to everyone reading this review if you can afford to buy regular clothes don’t shop here.

    I ordered my stuff on the 11th of January 2021. Today is the 26 and the status of my order is still saying prepairing when my order suppose to be here by the 4th of February. I’ve received some bogus emails about an order i received way back in November. Please refund my damn money and i wll find somewhere to order.

      I ordered from them on Feb 1 and paid 25.00 dollars for expedited shipping to receive it on Feb 13 and the status still say processing and they won’t answer me about my refund. They emailed me saying one of the outfits was out of stock but only said they was gone refund me partial of outfit amount!!!

    I have been trying for weeks now to contact someone about a missing item. I ordered a dress from lovelywholesale on in July. Tracking information says the package was delivered on 8/10. It has NOT arrived. I just need a phone number to contact a live person in customer service.

    Wow! It takes a lot to get a hold of you guys????? Anyway, I placed an order 3/24/19, the swimsuit looked worn and washed nothing like picture with thread defect on right shoulder and I didn’t receive reflective sunglasses. I would prefer an exchange for GQ1897258605-1 & WL190410725-2, if that’s not possible, I would like a refund please, and Thank you

    I purchased items for My Birthday back in September and paid EXTRA to make sure they were here in time for October. I DID receive them in time BUT the items were damaged. I emailed them the same day I got the items and I sent pictures they never got back to me. I then opened 2 tickets because they kept closing my tickets and I sent many pictures and many emails and they have given me the run around. They are continuously repeating themselves on the BOGUS ASS “solution” they have for me. I paid OVER $60 for these items and they tell me I can return the damaged items but I HAVE TO PAY A RETURN FEE. Then they told me I could get USD5 back for compensation and I continuously asked them does that mean $5 or how much would it be. It is now 3 months since I have received the DAMAGED ITEMS and I am still getting the same response. They also told me I could get 8% off my next purchase. Now I’m guessing they think I’m dumb or something because 8% off of my purchase literally takes less than $5 off of my purchase. That DOES NOT compensate me enough. I could not wear the outfits and had to spend EXTRA money to get new outfits. So why would I take $5 off of a purchase and a $5 refund when I was never able to wear the items and have emailed them for 3 months? I work hard for my money just as everyone else does and they have taken advantage of me and my money. Now I have repeatedly asked for a phone number to call or a better solution but they send the same email over and over again about 8% or USD5.

  9. I placed my order the end of April 2018. It’s now May 8th 2018. No response, no refund, no items received by mail. These items were ordered for my birthday and I NEVER received anything. I really believe now that this company is an overseas scam. No one even tries to contact the customer. If I don’t get the items or a full refund in same amount of time that it took to receive my money, this will not go undone with me. I ve always been afraid to order off line and the one time I do I get taking? I don’t think so! There is a BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU and I will be using them to get contact.

    I didn’t receive all of my items and they didn’t even attempt to refund me for the item they let me order it and then said it was out of stock… i have tried to contact them

Lovelywholesale is awful!They take your money and have a bogus contact so you’re unable to contact them regarding your purchase.I placed an order 2 weeks ago and paypal confirmed the transaction and the money was taken the same day. I still haven’t received any of my purchase or a tracking number. I tried all their methods of contact and they’ve all been disconnected and the submit ticket email doesn’t work.

    I placed my order last Thursday and did 1 – 5 day shipping and I still haven’t received my tracking information if I will not get my order by Wednesday I need a full refund because it’s was a reason I chose 2 – 5 days shipping and paid extra so I would have my items please contact me asap or just give me a refund I’m very disappointed and will not order from here again
