I have been trying to return the t-shirts that i bought. It is impossible to reach lilicloth. I sent all the pictures they requested and they offered me 30% return. I spent $150 and will not accept 30%. i have not heard from them again!!
I’m so disappointed, I ordered 3 items for a Christmas gift. I only received 2 out of the 3 items. It said it was delivered on the 16h of December. I checked the whole building no one has seen the package. my sub-order #2955269.
I ordered and paid for a few tee shirts and other things. I have not received any of my items. Maybe they were canceled, or delivered and instructions were not followed. And my packages were stolen.
I never received the item I ordered and trying to contact anyone seems to be impossible but they sure do made sure they billed my credit card. I think lilicloth is a big scam and will never order from them again.
I am trying to return items that i purchased and have tried everything I can to get information on returning my items with no luck, sent email request, went to return and exchange followed directions with no luck they said they were going to send me an email to return still have not received it. My shirts were way too small so I’m trying to return a couple of items I ordered by following the directions on the receipt. First step is to click on “Tracking Order” at the bottom of your homepage. So where is that? My order # is HBKQD00702467. Also how do I determine whether the items I purchased were “Not eligible for return?”
I am a repeat customer. I like your products. I was browsing your website for new items when I noticed that your St. Patrick’s Day products are showing a four leaf clover instead of a shamrock. An Irish shamrock has three leaves, which symbolizes the Holy Trinity. It is important I think to get it right. Please have you manufacturer redesign this for the next shipment.
I am having a serious issue with Lilicloth. There is no address given to return the items. They are grossly undersized, I ordered an extra large and these fit like a size medium. I am trying to exchange for an XXL but having difficulty getting a hold of anyone, based on the sizing of the items received I am wondering if I possibly should order a size 3X!! And I feel it is pretty bad not to be given a toll free number or to know that you are speaking to a human being.
I am trying to return items , it doesn’t appear easy. Service is not good. This system if legitimate should be changed to facilitate easy returns if this is a legitimate business. It almost seems to be designed to frustrate the customer. The order number is HBKQD00443428. All items are too large.
