Zolucky processes exchange requests as refunds, which means the company is not offering exchange items but is willing to issue a refund so that you can place a new order. Same as these other people. I ordered a pair of shoes, loved them only they were faulty…one had a big crack in the heel and the other looked as though the heel would fall apart. Not had any joy trying to get a return address from them.
I paid for Xpress shipping. I get a notification that my order will be delivered on March 8. Today is March 9. I did not receive my items. Today I get a notification saying it will be in on the 13th. I am very upset due to I paid extra to get it delivered . I am very upset and I will not order any more clothes from this place.
I am also waiting on a return address from them. I ordered 2 pair of shoes and they are 2 sizes to big. I ordered an 8 and they are more like a 9 or 10. Promised an email from them in 48 hours and have heard nothing. They have no way to return anything or any phone number for questions and returns! Don’t order from this site! Same problem as everyone else. Ordered four pairs of shoes on 4/5/23 did not receive them until 4/27/23 on 4/28/23 did a return request because two pair are to small as of today 5/9/23 have not received the return label. I’ve tried the live chat and ticket request still nothing from the company. My 30 days are running out then what?
I’m having the same problem as the other complaints. I’ve placed several orders and only received on and it wasn’t what I ordered so I re-ordered the top and they took the money out right then. I’ve been trying to get an address to return the top I didn’t order. You have to pay a dollar to chat on line with someone. They also did express shipping which was $22.00. I always use standard shipping. I’ve ordered 4 tops and 2 pair of leggings and can’t find out when I’m suppose to receive. As far as the return goes, even if I had the address, I have to pay for postage myself which will probably be more than the top costs. Well I guess I got burned and lost a lot of money which I can’t afford. If I had known this was coming from China I would have never ordered. I got burned last Christmas. They has a picture of a lighted garland & wreath for your front door. It showed up 2 months late after Christmas and nothing like the picture. (no lights). It was a place called Happy something (I forgot the name). I lost over a $100 and it was coming from China too.
I am so disappointed in the shirt I received. It is not the shirt I ordered. The shirt on line is cropped with 3/4 sleeves. I have seen several other items online that I liked but decided I would wait. I will not order anything else because I have zero confidence I will get the item I order. Doing business like this will not get you repeat customers.
I ordered some things from y’all. Now I get in contact with A Expert Assistant. Why can’t she answer my questions? She is going to put me through to some Expert there’s a fee of 1.00 then it’s 46.00 a month and I can’t afford that. I just want to know if my order is on it’s way. I’ve got date, time. Sub order# and order number? Why can’t she answer my simple question????
Like every one else, I should have checked the reviews first. This company does not have any way to do a return. They gave me instructions on how to retire something but they didn’t lead to a way to do a return.
Don’t fall for the ‘easy return’ – that is completely untrue. Keep you money and do not purchase anything. You will be told that the only return option is shipping to China (at your own expense).
Impossible to return. Do yourself a favor KEEP your money and shop elsewhere. Item I bought at my size wouldn’t even fit a small 16 year old.
I placed 3 orders with this Company and have not received any of them as of yet. On the 9 times I engaged with there customer Service “Chat”, I was told “due to Covid shipping May take longer” and “that my Orders were delivered”. But that’s what I get for ordering from a company before I research them. I still am holding out hope that this issue will be rectified. I was just told by the Customer Service Chat that “even though I have not received my items ordered it’s up to me to find the packages from my neighbors, the USPS and the Wildlife around me as well. It’s a shame that I did not know all the information from these reviews before I ordered anything from China. They don’t post that info when your ordering. I’m hoping that the other resources that are available to us will be more satisfying than trying to get in touch with this Company “Zolucky”. Not Zo-LUCKY!!
Ordered a dress. Way too short for my height. I had forgotten this same thing happened before. I will take it to a store that will give it away. Lesson learned finally. They must think we’re all short people. I’m 5’8”: too old to wear something that short at my age.
Nothing but cheap junk from China that doesn’t fit and can’t get a refund. I thought I learned not to order anything that’s featured on Facebook. Maybe now that I got burned again I HOPE I’ll learn this time.

Don’t order from here. Nothing fits and it is IMPOSSIBLE to do a return. Its at your expense and it is out of the country. They will offer you a small discount to keep the product. Wish more people knew this going in. I should have researched more on my end! Shame on me! NOT WORTH IT.
I purchased several items that did not fit. To return is a monumental feat. First, the receipt is too blurry to read. It was explained to me how hard & costly a return could be so I have been offered a return amount of 15% on the purchase amount of over $100. So, beware of this China based company. I should have read all the negative reviews before ordering. It’s a shame that you can’t have faith when you order you are not just throwing money away.

RIDICULOUS to try and return something to this operation. Nothing looks like what it did in the picture and no way of contacting for returns. WILL be getting the word out to everyone I know that this company is not legit and has horrible customer service.

Your return policy is horrible. I have gotten in touch via e-mail and first off you want $5.00 to get my return handled. So I got out and then decided to try again. This time I got a message that it would cost me $1.00 to handle my request. Then secondly, I have a shopping receipt on which one of the letters is so blurry, that it is unreasonable to read. So I typed in my second receipt on which the order number was clear, and both times I get a message saying that my e-mail address is not correct. That is the only e-mail address I used when ordering from Zolily. Therefore, I will no longer be ordering anything more from you folks. Thank you for such a run-around!
I recently bought a two toned long sleeved grey with white sleeves. I have bought several of these shirts from you and I noticed that the mater in this shirt is totally different feel to it. I like this fabric a lot and would like to know what it is. I also hope you are going to make more as I will buy more. Thanks.
