This is the worst company I have ever ordered anything from. Never received any confirmation on my order, but they certainly took the money from my account. Then when I tried to get assistance they wanted to charge me more money. I will never use this company again and I would not recommend anyone to.
The clothing offered by Just Fashion now are beautiful and the prices are terrific! Unfortunately those are the only positive remarks I can make about this company. To make a long story short is a summary of my experience: my order should have arrived. Tracking revealed Fed-Ex was holding my package for unpaid custom charges that I had no knowledge I would owe. Entered my Visa information only to discover that this was NOT from Fed-Ex. My Visa was compromised by the people conducting the scam. I needed to return two items. Followed the return directions given with order. Expected a response in 48 hours. Did not receive a response. Discovered it is impossible to contact this company. Emails cannot be sent . After many failed attempts waiting for a response from the chat line a screen popped up saying I had blocked responses. I do not remember doing this. Clicked for directions on removing the block- I could not eliminate the block. I was not able to chat with anyone. Decided to try the return directions and a screen of my order came up saying both returns had been denied. No explanations given. Once again I was unable to contact anyone to find out why. There was a telephone number listed on one of the sites. The mail box was full. I may try again later because I would like my money back. Customer service and satisfaction are NOT non-existent with this company. Caution is advised in dealing with this company.
I have received the two tops I have ordered, however, they are both much too large and I wanted to return them for a smaller size and if not available, I will order a different top or jacket. Included in the package was a return slip with instructions about returning goods. I followed the instructions by completing the form and was promised to receive a confirmation within 48 hours with an address on where to return the product. It has been several days now but I have not received the confirmation. If this is the way you are treating your customers then you leave me no choice but to report your company to the Better Business Bureau.
VERY shocked I bought 4 items, then weeks later received a bill for tax from FEDEX – TOTAL €16. Will never use this company again. Trying to find an email to complain. THE DELIVERY CHARGE SHOULD BE SHOWN AND ADDED AT THE TIME OF PAYMENT – AS ALL OTHER COMPANIES DO.
I ordered 2 shirts and have yet to receive them. Your website keeps saying pending and it’s been over a month now. I paid for my order and want delivery now. What’s the hold up anyway.
I sent email about my first order, damaged items and want to send back! I am not good on my tablet and don’t know how to take pictures of items to send to you! I also sent another email to you stating that I want to cancel my other order! I sent it at 12:45 on a Sunday you stated it was being processed, you on Monday mailed it out after I said cancel. This was done about 12 hr. After I sent you a notice! Doesn’t anyone read their emails? I will be notifying paypal about this order. I have done business with a lot of different mail order(or by my phone) and have never had to take pictures before I sent back the items, I don’t feel like I will ever be doing business with your company anymore.
