I have ordered a cordless strimmer weeks ago. 24 the of May now tow months later still not recieved it! Had a ticket number was told someone would contact me within three working days! Had no contact. Sent them a message asked for my money back not had the money back either. I will speak to my bank to see if I can get my money refunded.. cant get through on the phone! And cant get through to customer services! Customer service is just not good in my opinion! I am so disappointed with jtf!

I have been waiting over a month now for my goods from JTF.COM. I have fruitlessly tried to get a response from customer services. Looking at the reviews on TrustPilot, I’m not the only customer experiencing this. This company genuinely has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced.
