The J.Crew Factory store #107, in Potomac Mills is beautifully run by the SD, Merrell. Everytime I go the store is clean, organized and well stocked. There is always a sales associate, or Merrell himself, to greet you as you enter the store. Merrell keeps a close eye on the lines at the register to make sure customers are not waiting too long. Even with online shopping at our fingertips, this is the one store I still prefer to go to in person!
