Very bad service. Waited more than 20mins in line. And the call attended said this is not my department just like that. No proper service. Please improve your service Maxis.
I am currently studying in Taiwan. I have the issue that I cannot log in my hotlink app after i renew my app (the app log out my account automatically). Therefore, I try to log in again. After entering the verification code, the app shows me that “we could not find a matching maxis ID for this mobile number”. This number is very important to me. Please tell me if I need to do anything on my side.

I used maxis almost 10 years . And today my number was expired because i late to top up . Only for 8 hours . When i call customer service , they said i only can renew my number by using postpaid plan and my balance credit cannot carry forward . Why Maxis make it so difficult for me to leave Maxis ? The time frame is too short. Received your SMS/MMS this morning at 11.37am after returning from Hospital. Immediately send YES but was told that the time frame is over.Your message was dated 2017-12-31 at 17.50. The expiry time frame is 09.50 01/01. Too short a time. I was unable to use the hp and had to go to hospital for my treatment. My answer is still YES to leave Maxis. Please process my application immediately.
