I was in one of your store #3940 while traveling through Montana a couple of days ago and I want to send a shout out to your store manager Christina. We are from Missouri and we have stopped at few of the Hardee’s in our state and over the last few years have been disappointed with our experience, but while traveling through Montana we stopped at store #3940 (not sure of the city) and was very impressed our food was hot and fresh and the store even the bathrooms are clean. Not to mention that Christina had a welcoming smile when she greeted us as we walked in. She seemed like she really liked her job. We waited what was we felt was the appropriate time to receive our food and it was fresh the burgers were perfect and the curly fries were crispy and fresh. I know that like the rest of us it is hard to find people who really want to work, but the way things were being handled by the staff at this store you could not tell there is a shortage of help. Christiana was at the register taking orders and also letting the grill what they needed to have on the grill and fryer to fill the customer orders. I feel that she is definitely an asset to your company, and just wanted to make sure you were aware of what an asset she is to your company.
Traveling, stopped ar Hardee’s in Dixon, IL for a take along dinner. Was shocked when we bite into a cold burger and only barely warm fries. So disappointing. $26.00 for two meals that weren’t edible. It’s no wonder there was no one else in the place. Will not be stopping in there again
I tried to complete the guest survey NOT FOR ANY FREEBEE just to inform someone about the quality of this food. I’m sure the people who had take out were in shock biting into a cold burger! We were on the road with a 93yr old widow after moving her out of her home. We stop for a meal at Hardee’s 10145 Avon Lake Road, Burbank, OH. 3 meals eat-in, the fries were slightly warm, the burger patties on all 3 burgers were barely room temperature. We needed the meal and had to get back on the road. This location was NOT busy when we arrived, there was NO excuse MEAT should NEVER be served at this temperature.
The Hardee’s on Main Street, Joplin MO is getting so bad. I have had 3 out of 3 awful meals. The last one was 5 pc chicken strip combo. The chicken tastes burnt but I actually think the oil it was cooked in is very old and dark. Totally cannot eat, the fries tasted exactly the same. The drink lacked fizz and was flat. It was hot out and I was suffering from a headache or I would have taken it back. That is always a nightmare trying to get a refund. So I think someone needs to check on this because the way it looks now they are losing business
The evening shift at Claxton ga harder has a lot to be desired of. They ask you to wait when you are in the middle of your order and then when you do get to finish your order they think it’s funny and a joke. Then you have to wait 30 to 40 minutes to get your order. I have spent over 600.00 dollars in the last month to a month and a half. That’s why I think they could act a little more like employees and not clowns.
