Hello, I have been a customer for a while now and have come up with a problem. Last September I ordered a pair of shoes for my husband. They seemed nice but I did not give them to him for a while since they were to be worn for a wedding. He used them in November and by the end of the evening the stitching on one shoe started to unravel. I called customer service and explained the dilemma and was sent a return label which took a while to get to me. I sent to shoes back and was then told it was too late for anything to be done and was sent back the shoes. I did not send them back just for the heck of it, they clearly were defective since a pair of shoes should last a while not just one wearing. I need to know why order #9981080 from last May 11, 2018 has not been resolved. The item was a patchwork tee shirt in green that was backordered.
