Worst customer service I have experienced. Read from a scrip, not helpful and non responsive. I have been waiting a year for a refrigerator (order#1000040284) and though I completely understand the world shortage of components and logistics challenges, I have been told several ship dates that never happen and when the ship dates came and went i would have to contact them for them to give me another ship date which was 2 months later. This happened Every single time I contacted them for a Year. Then they told me it was available but wouldn’t ship for another 2 months. I asked to speak to a manager several times in which they said someone would get in touch with me in 24 to 48hrs and that never happened. They have no answers and do not even pretend to care. I am no closer to knowing what is going on than I was a year ago
