I placed 103637325 an order late June 2022, received my glasses sometime around the 10 or 11th of July. I had started back to work and I wasn’t able to go and get them adjusted. I finally went yesterday only to be told they could only do a little adjustment bc the frame has a metal piece above the nose on the bridge. Due to not being able to adjust correctly I am not able to wear them, now I’m told I can’t get a refund or exchange. What kind of nonsense is this, so im supposed to lose the money I spent on them?
I have tried to find a status of my order#102402193 at least 4 times via phone and chat.only told in production Update request # 3775932. X3 I ALWAYS GET the same reply delay 6 days then 2 days in production. Talked to various people NO one gives a clear answer. Cannot CONTACT higher management I was told when I called 8/10/20 someone would contact me in 24-48 hours. THAT DID NOT HAPPEN.
I ordered glasses from Glasses USA on January 12, 2023 order #103960344 and I paid $287.21 plus $21.28 tax. My order was for Mirrored Gold at cost $49.00 included in $287.21. On January 16, 23 I changed my order from Mirrored Gold to Transition Lenses and was e-mailed by Brenda Customer Care Team on January 16 that will cost another $169.00 and my $49.00 for Mirrored Gold will be refunded to me. On same day I paid $169.00 and $13.52 tax. I received my glasses on Feb 3, 2023. I have not received my $49.00 refund. I have called the helpline about three times and every time I am assured that the accounting will be in touch with me by e-mail within 24 to 48 hours. Today is February 12, 2023 and I am still waiting for somebody to get in touch with me and I am still waiting for my $49.00 refund.
