Very unhappy with my blue light readers. I work on two computer screens daily and need them and yes they help tremendously. However I have purchased 2 pair in the last 6 months and while working they both popped by the lens frame and broke. I have no explanation as to why this happened. I just recently bought another pair to do my job effectively. They are quite costly about 40.00 + per pair. I am greatly dissatisfied and disappointed with the quality of the product and I am hoping that Foster Grant stands behind their product for some sort of reimbursement to me the consumer.
Foster Grant sunglasses, P.O.S.!
Two pairs of Foster Grant sunglasses since 8-22-20. One fell off my face and broke into two pieces after impact on a wood floor. Second pair broke above the nose piece while in an expensive zipper protective case, sitting in a cupboard all alone. Go figure. It’s like the plastic frame is brittle. Spent a lot of money on these two pair of sunglasses. Wish these China made Foster Grant sunglasses would last as long as the China made virus has, I wouldn’t complain but, come on. This is totally ridiculous! I thought they would stand behind these high price glasses but, even after seven e-mails, they still won’t answer me. Take my word and buy from WalMart they’d last longer.
A VERY UN-HAPPY CUSTOMER!
