I have been with earnin’ for years, well before the pandemic, and this past year I received a promotion. Since this promotion my app has taken me down from $550 pay period max down to $100. When I talk to customer support I receive generic telemarketer responses that aren’t helpful and don’t help me figure out how to fix the solution. It’s all copy text responses and asked for me to send my pay stub multiple times. Then support ended the chat mid conversation while I was still trying to get answers as to how to fix the issues. I have worked with customer support before and was able to get issues resolved but there have been changes to the app and customer service and the app/service has suffered since then. It’s unfortunate because it was wonderful and I was happy to give max tips because of how wonderful it’s always been but it’s not the same app or company that it once was.
I have a question about Earnins consistency. I’ve had Earnin for a year now. Why is it that everytime I request a loan, the amount is never consistent? I was getting up to $300, and for some reason when it was time for Earnin to take out their funds, the app froze. The next day they tried again, and then the amount went down to $100? It wasn’t my fault, but then they lower the amount, and it’s been this low for about 2 months now. It never goes up anymore.
I have been a customer for a while. I recently bought a new phone and everything is falling apart since then. I try to log in but the system says to log into my current account which I no longer use. I have no data because my previous phone is no longer working and my new phone is not working for Earnin. I do not want 2 accounts only 1.
I’m having the same issue!! And when I was able to chat with someone they couldn’t resolve the issue, they said I was linked to a bank I don’t even use.
