Order from a store here in Utsh. They sent via doordash. Order was never delivered. No one at the store seems capable of answering the phone to assist a disabled person dependent on other to bring me food. I can not receive a refund from this store and now have no money left to eat on today.
I just ate at the del taco #1175 in southern highlands Las Vegas. Everything I ordered was disgusting. It was messy partially cold and they didn’t even have ice for the soda. I am very unhappy and felt like taking it into the store to give it back but the lobby is closed. Complete waste of money
I was at the Moorpark, CA location at around 4:45PM on Saturday 9/5/21 and at the drive thru I could tell the person taking my order should not be working customer service. His attitude is horrible. I asked for no lettuce on my chicken soft taco meal and soon as I get home…lettuce is on them. And then I asked for hot sauce, because your hot sauce is delicious, and when he handed me the bag and I looked in there…no hot sauce. He had already shut the window so I had to sit in my car and wait. Somebody else opened the window and gave me the hot sauce. I always wondered why when I go to this Del Taco there’s hardly any customers and now I know why.
I’ve had 2 bad experiences at 2 different Del Taco locations over the past month. The 2 bad experiences both came from drive thru employees exhibiting horrible customer service. The Red Hill location in Tustin Ca was the 1st issue where the Hispanic male drive thru employee called me a bad word in Spanish. I could see that he was frustrated and said this under his breath because I gave him coupons and then paid with a gift card. The 2nd issue was at the Irvine Blvd location in Irvine where the Hispanic male employee started making hand gestures for me to hurry up in choosing my type of hot sauce even though I had already told him what type I wanted twice. I work in the customer service industry with well over 500 different customers/clients and this type of behavior is unacceptable. I’m telling all my customers and anyone I meet to avoid these 2 locations from now on. And to add to this review the food portions are usually very small and the food is often cold when received compared to other Del Taco locations.
As huge Del Taco fans formerly from California, we were delighted to have a Del Taco near us in Fayetteville, GA. We realize Covid has changed many things but this location has really collapsed. The inside was open briefly a while back with social distance placed tables…now closed with no explanation. On May 2 I sat in the drive thru for over 40 minutes to place an order. This is a repeat of several previous visits where it has taken us 30-40 minutes from time we entered the drive thru to driving away with our order. Don’t know if this is a company or private franchise but I hope you will send someone out to get this location thriving again. I also would like to mention a couple of other issues: 1) How do you run out of refried beans for the bean burrito? The substitute of black beans was awful. 2) Since the addition of shrimp items, the fries taste like shrimp so we no longer order fries.
Appreciate your attention to my issues. Prior to Fayetteville, we drover over an hour to the Columbus or Smyrna locations and never had one single bad experience!
I just visited your Del Taco in Prescott Valley, Arizona, April 30,2021 around 6:30 pm. I had a little trouble hearing your employee on the drive through speaker. Your employee was very courteous and patient with my problem. My order was served very quickly and everything was done to perfection even though I had a few special requests. I have enjoyed your food for many years but was so impressed by my food and service that I came home and took time to write you and commend the people working on this shift. While we expect to be treated well, my service today was above and beyond what we have come to experience from most businesses. The people were really friendly and caring, not just another smiling corporate face but the warmth and charm of an old friend. This service and the quality of my food made it one of the best experiences I have had in many years.
Del Taco on Ramsey St. in Banning, California, constantly tells me they are out of Mild Taco Sauce. I average 3 times a week going thru the drive thru, and they are out. I know there is a shortage of ketchup packets but hot sauce? I was told they only have a limited supply. Not really an acceptable business practice.
I want to file a complaint about the Del Taco restaurant located at 15353 Chatsworth Street in Mission Hills. I am requesting a refund of the money I spent because the food was horrible, the service was even worse. The employees were not wearing gloves, and only one of the employees I observed was wearing a mask. My order was incomplete, and the food was subpar, my shrimp tacos were dried out, and the chips I ordered with my guacamole were stale. The server and assistant manager, “Matt” were so disrespectful and unprofessional I requested the telephone number of the corporate office and they refused to provide it, closing the service window in my face. My purchase was made on 3/5/2021 @ 8:41 pm. the order number on the receipt is 3 0139 and the other identifying number is 906323100066024.
