I bought a silhouette beverage center and it came broken. I have been calling and emailing the Danby customer service and they go days without responding. When they do they continue to send me to service center that do not service where I live. The beverage center is a month and half old and still under warranty. I find their customer service dept. to be extremely unprofessional telling me that someone will contact me in 4 hours and they do not
Extremely disappointed that I bought a silhouette wine cooler/refrigerator and plugged in 5 min later alarm going off – I’ve troubleshooted everything in the owners manual and cannot connect with anyone to find out why the alarm keeps going off – I’ve tried for 4 hrs now – therefore I will be retuning the product and never by anything again that is a Danby product – no wonder it’s not recommended and no one wants to sell or work in it
