I am completely shocked, when I go over the counter and ordered for dine in, they gave me for take out order! The second time around, there was no space in the first floor so I asked the lady nicely if they open their second floor she said yes. So I go in there and while I’m having lunch they turn off the lights and the aircon!

We ate at chowking robinsons place antipolo. All the staffs there are lazy!! They’re busy chit chatting with the other staffs! We asked for assistance to bring the food in our table but they didn’t help us.
We ate at Chowking Bayani Road in Taguig and we always have bad experience everytime we dine in to that resto. Last time, I was the one who ordered first but they gave my order last. Take note, it is for dine in but they prepared it for take out. The Guy cashier is playing Call of Duty or something like that while taking our orders. We only have 1 hour for our lunch break and that is so not professional and is an inconvenience. Today, the girl named Rizalyn takes my order wrong, but instead of correcting it or telling me that I can no longer change my order since I already paid using Paymaya, she went to their office ( I guess ) without any notice and then came back saying my order was already voided and that I will get my refund within 3-5 days! I think you should properly train your employees. All of us are getting tired with our works, but if they will be like that everytime, I think you should take actions. They will ruin your reputation.
Your Canton Platter serving is a scam! The container is only filled halfway. This was not the same when we ordered before! I ordered this from SM Muntinlupa branch. This is not worth pating 223 pesos when the serving is not even sufficient for 1 person! I hope you do something about this!
I would like to complain one of your branches located at España Manila (beside Jollibee P Noval). I ordered for take out, 1 pork chow fan with no toppings and drinks as my usual order with chowking. All of us were promoting take out or deliveries as much as possible with the current situation (covid) right now. Hence, since this was my only order. They didn’t give me condiment which is the toyomansi. I knew before that if you don’t order with toppings, you wouldn’t get the chili, I accept and understand that. But with this? They said that they do give the toyomansi if only dine even though you order the with no toppings. How is that possible? what’s the difference? So you would like me to dine so that I could have the free toyomansi? What’s your advocacy on this? You would charge us if we will take out the order?
I ordered a bucket of 6 pcs chicken and chocopao at Chowking Robinsons Las Pinas. I specified the chicken part since my family members did not like or even opt for the leg part of the Chicken. I ordered stating no legs pls and dismayed when we opened that all chicken legs are given to us. Immediately, I call the store, and the person who picked up the phone apologized and after the confirmation of the order number suggested changing the items given if willing to wait. Although it would be late I approved since the chicken leg part may be wasted. Commendable for replacing our order and apologize for the inconvenience. We received the food well after 30 minutes but will be suggesting next time that the food maybe be lessened with salt (gravy is too salty). Hopefully, what has been ordered be given properly and inform the customer ahead of time if ever the ordered food is not amenable. Thank you.
I would like to commend Olsen Perez, a staff at Chowking SM Fairview for being so respectful and proactive. I ordered some lauriat in their store around 12pm for our lunch for dine in. Actually tapos nako makapag order nung nakita ko si Olsen sa dine in area kaka in niya lang ata 10mins to be exact simula nung nag order ako at nag hahantay. Olsen didn’t hesitate to ask me about our orders nung nakita niya yung number sa table namin then few minutes later naririnig ko nalang na pina-follow up niya yung orders namin sa kitchen then after that he called our number to pick up our orders then he said to me ” Sorry for waiting Mam/Sir! Enjoy your Meal! With a Smile ? I can see thru his Eyes and voice even he has a wearing facemask.

Is it too much for your company to provide service water? I wonder if it is only in chowking sm san pablo or in all your branches. Shouldnt that be basic?

I would like to commend Mike, a staff at Chowking Luneta for being so respectful and proactive. I ordered some lauriat in their store thriugh food panda app around 1am and called the chowking luneta directly to order some/additional siopao bola bola and luckily they have! (Mike was the the one who answered the phone) I’m actually worried that the rider might not be able to read my message if I sent my concern through the app and thankfully Mike was able to help me by promptly speaking to the rider when he arrived at the store. Mike even message me with the total cost with their company phone I guess and mentioned that it might take time for the siopao to be served which I like cause I can anticipate the time for the delivery and for that’s an extra mile.

Chowking Gumaca branch is the worst ever to visit. It took me 45 minutes to get my order where in fact as stated by the Cashier will only wait for 5 minutes. What really hit me is that those who were behind me during the ordering already got their food first. They were 2 guys? I only ordered a chao fan, the other guy behind me already had his order. 1st follow -up? Still have to wait for another 10 minutes. Very disappointing ?

The food was nice (100chicken lauriat), as requested it was handled very well, chicken was still crispy, pancit canton is very tasty. Spoons and fork were also handled very well, cleanly packed!

Chowking Annapolis service is very commendable. The staff and delivery riders are friendly and respectful. With regards to the food served or delivered, it’s good but the taste is not always the same.
