CCleaner is a PC and Mac cleaning software launched in 2003. Formerly called “Crap Cleaner”, the software was developed and is managed by Piriform. The utility tool is free for download and is available for both desktop and smartphones. The PC optimization tool is used by millions around the world to clean their systems’ unused files and make it more fast and secure. Piriform’s other tools include Defraggler, Speccy and Recuva.

This company is desperate. It forces itself into our pockets by all silly means. You can’t even delete it or get out of it. It claims expiry for renewal at any point in time.
I’m finding it difficult to contact you with a complaint? This seems to be the only method apart from a phone call. I am writing to my bank to withhold a payment to you that I have not authorised – it was simply taken without any reference or information to me? The amount is for £37.95.
I purchased the product in February 2022. Cleverbridge Reference number 318927732. I have a license key but it keeps telling me that I have been deactivated and must purchase again. If the company choose to not honor commitment I will have to ask for return.
I think that once you purchase ccleaner and they give you a date of when your next payment is due they should keep to it and wait till the due date before taking it out our your account not weeks early when you are not expecting it to be withdrawn, It can put you in a bad position like get an overdraft with your bank which is what has happened to me. That’ s just bad business in my opinion. Now I’m in a dilemma of should i cancel my order because of their pore judgment or should i stick it out, their product is worth the price but their tactics are just not up to par.
Got a pop-up this morning telling me my CCleaner Pro expires tomorrow. It really doesn’t! See below, I’m good until 26 Jun 2019. Please adjust your records. Thanks,

I have purchased an update to my Ccleaner account: Reference #162964983, Name: Dave McPherson. I am a novice with computers. I do not know how to Cut and Paste, therefore my update has not been installed. Ccleaner does not offer help over the phone and because of this I have paid for an upgrade that I haven’t received. Since I can’t get help on this installation I guess I will just have to stop my payment. I don’t want to do this, but since I can’t install it myself I don’t seem to have any other option.

But, if I try to update it to a new version, there is the message “0x6: Das Handle ist ungültig”.

Thought that we received an offer to renew/update at half price (i.e., not just $5 off) but now can’t find it. Was that a valid offer? Seems to be impossible to reach you in the US. No telephone number or anything.
What is wrong? I purchased ccleaner it will not accept the product key nor the password. This was a black Friday offer which I accepted as I have been using Ccleaner free version for a number of years.Is this a genuine offer or a black Friday scam?
Two questions:
1. Malwarebytes kept my credit card information and billed my credit card account for a second year without my knowledge. Is there any risk of your doing the same thing? The money is unimportant but Malwarebytes arrogance was highly irritating.
2. Do I need an antivirus app in addition to Ccleaner? If so, which ones
would work well with Ccleaner and be equally effective?

I have been using ccleaner and my license has expired. You sent me a notice of same. I no longer use a credit card, I pay everything by check. I contacted you and have received no answer as to where to send the check. I want to continue your service , so please advise.
