About CapCut
In the list of most downloaded apps stands this lesser known Chinese app called CapCut. Thanks to the active TikTok community, the app has been widely downloaded for video editing and special effects. This free to use app is owned by ByteDance, the same company that owns TikTok. Available on both Android and iOS, CapCut boasts more than 250 million installs globally. Previously, the app was known as Viamaker and was developed by a company that was acquired by ByteDance in 2018. TikTok users have been downloading and using the app for modifying their videos with filters, stickers or adding effects and background music. It offers tons of transitions and overlays. The split, reverse and other editing tools make it all the more attractive.
Upon installation, you will find an interface that is intuitive and filled with just key useful features for editing a video. After you add the video, you can start to cut, change speed or reverse. You will need to allow permissions for app to use the storage and media files. As it is fully integrated with TikTok and social media platforms, you will find it more easy to upload videos.

I accidentally found a feature in capcut couple of weeks ago… The feature is very good. We can stabilize and set the highest peak of audio volume, I don’t know what it’s called. When I try to find that feature again, I can’t find it. Does anyone know where is it?
I have an issue with one of the animation for CapCut that is named “Fade in”. It’s showing another effect and yesterday I was using it and it was working but today its another effect. And I really liked the effect that it was before. Could you change it back please?

We need graphs on CapCut PC. The phone version has way more features. Why would I be editing stuff on my phone? It’s a great app, but it would be incredible if I had access to the same things on my computer.
I cannot make edits without it crashing. Also there is way less features than on mobile. I was trying to make an edit and it literally froze when I exported it so it looked busted as hell. I dont always have access to mobile so it will be nice if PC version is made better.

I cannot contact Capcut support. I asked for the receipt or invoice that I purchased Capcut Pro package because I have to send it to accounting team as a reference of payment. I sent email for more than a week but no reply from them. I also asked Capcut community on Facebook and there is no feedback as well. Bad impression with Capcut support!

Can you please add graphs on capcut desktop? there are quite a few features missing on laptop that are on phone, but please add graphs as its one of the most important.
I use a Chromebook. The app crashes so, so much, I can’t do anything. All I want to is make an edit, I would have been done hours ago.

I use capcut in my android mobile and it has almost 100 projects in it but from today morning it’s keeps crashing. Now I don’t know what to do.
Recently moved onto the iPhone 14 (previously been on the iPhone 8) and as soon as I get past 38MB on my projects they start to lag to the point that it skips the whole video until it’s just a black screen. I edited a whole video in capcut on my apple computer.
Now I can’t download or share the file it only exports to the cloud. Then from there I can’t transfer it anywhere. I can only play it from the cloud.

I am using CapCut for 3 years and didn’t have problem. But recently when I want to use Styles on a photo or maybe music on a video, there is an error that says you don’t have internet! But i am sure about the connection and even I used VPN for solving the problem but it didn’t work. Even I couldn’t send you this message by the app! (FAQ)
My capcut experience is amazing however I use Capcut for my TikTok account and I have deleted the account that was connected to Capcut, so I tried deleting the capcut account as well, sadly it said that I needed to delete it from the account but I could not, then I signed out and tried to add another TikTok account and it won’t work because I have already linked TikTok to another account the account I deleted.
Please don’t compress video quality when we upload video in it. Your software compress video quality as result we don’t get high quality videos when we export it.
It would be really nice and useful if CapCut projects could be done by more than one people at the same time. I use CapCut for all of my school projects, and most of the time, i do with my classmates
Because of the new update on PC, I can’t find the Movie Effect anymore, please change it back or help me locate it. The new update on PC just makes it harder to find all the video effects.
