The retail sales people at the Chattanooga Tn store are always nice and helpful. If the people at check out or on sales floor can’t answer my question I refuse to go to the order desk at back.
The customer service at your location in Panama City FL is horrendous. I was willing to spend up to $25,000 on a towable RV trailer, but nobody really seemed to want my business. On Sunday 10/30 the salesman told me that Camping World would take my on trade. So Monday 10/31 morning I towed my boat over to Camping World, but nobody there could give me a trade in value, they said that they would have an employee from Legendary Marine come over & give them a value. I have called everyday this week, but still answer in regards to the trade in value of my boat. They have had my boat for 3 days, but have not given me a trade in value yet. So this morning at 11:45 am I went back over to Camping World & picked up my boat. No one from Camping World came out to greet me, so I hooked my boat up & drove away. Obviously no one at Camping World had much interest in selling me a RV trailer. I got the impression that the people at Camping World think that they are the only RV trailer dealers in Bay County. Well they are wrong, I will gladly take my business to RV Connections and/of Outdoor Recreation World.
