What’s happening at Cafe Nero Kingston? Arrived at 3pm Wednesday 15th, to find the place a complete mess, dirty uncleared tables, unswept floor, much more so than usual..sadly. 2 staff on duty doing their best, at least one was and he appeared to be the manager. He was obviously working hard and holding the place together! His assistant seemed somewhat overwhelmed by the task at hand.. Enough said. Obviously they are short staffed. Aside from the above this store is looking very tired and just a bit run down which is a shame as its in a great location and for many of us regulars a favourite place for coffee over the last several years.
Come on cafe Nero take stock of things, clean up and refurbish your stores and above all take care of your staff. Decent pay and sensible fair working conditions at the very least. Experienced well trained baristas are not going to put up with a company that neglects the basics.
