I am a Sky subscriber and have read your ‘Sky Q’ letter that has many updated advantages on my current broadband. My question is “it would appear that ‘Sky Q’ duplicates many of my current programmes and will require reassessment?
I have recently been having problems with the signal on my Sky HD box. I rang Sky to inform them of the problem. I was not looking forward to the conversation as my experience of Sky Customer Service has always been a disaster.I spoke to a young man called Bradley who could not have been more patients, understanding or helpful and arranged for an engineer to call today, Tuesday 16th June. I had a phone call yesterday from the engineer arranging his visit. He was polite and very helpful on the phone as I was going to be out when he was due to arrive and my wife was concerned about seeing him and discussing the problem. He was pretty sure he knew what the problem was once I had explained the symptoms. He was due to arrive between 12 and 1. I managed to get away from my golf early and was home at 12:20pm. Stephen Sanham (BT06) arrived just before 1o’clock. The first thing that impressed me was his cheerful mood. He diagnosed the problem very quickly. I was impressed with his care and his H & S considerations, which were excellent. Once he had resolved the problem outside he came in to the house to check everything was good. I was delighted to see he came with shoe covers and made sure he made no mess. Throughout the visit he remained courteous and cheerful. He is to be commended as he went some way to redressing my views on Sky service. Many thanks to both men.
Just to say that one of your advisers whom I spoke with last night was so lovely and helpful. Her name was Aimee Taylor and she spent the best part of an hour trying to get my internet back on. Unfortunately she had to book an app. with openreach,
But Aimee was brilliant such a pleasant happy lady with a brilliant sence if humour.
The fault was the bt box and has now been sorted.
But I think people are quick to complain about advisers, I would like to compliment one.
Thank you Aimee job well done.
Have nice days and be happy.

I left sky on 12th May due to some sort of hiccup but i am still being charged for my sky telephone line which has been transferred as per your letter on 30th April 2012. Can you look at my file and refund all overcharges. Despite numerous phone calls no one could sort this out yet. Can you please tell me why the first operator i spoke to could not solve this problem or were they just trying to earn bonuses for keeping me connected to sky. I would like to receive an answer and what you intent doing about the monies you have overcharged my phone.
