My wife and I went shopping in Victoria Secret on Oahu, Hawaii. I was shocked to learn that there was no more Victoria Secret Collection on Sweat Shirts any other clothing that has Hawaii on it. We were told that The Hawaiian Collection had stopped. My question is WHY? People work hard for a living and it is nice to show case items, like clothing of where you have been. Thanks .

I was shopping at the Victoria Secret location in Calumet City on November 29, 2018. I was shopping for the 10 for $35 panties and some apparel items as Xmas Gifts for my 3 grand daughters for Xmas. I had previously been shopping at Macy’s prior to going to Victoria Secret and had spent close to $600. While at Victoria Secret, I was standing next to the table with all of the panties. I had all of my packages next to me. However, patrons wanted to have access to the drawers underneath. After moving my packages away five or six times to allow them access, I subsequently, placed my packages in back of me while I continued to shop. It was brought to my attention “after the fact” by one of the salespersons that a heavy set woman had grabbed my Macy’s bags, which also included a wallet with a little cash and a new cellphone purchased at Walmart and had run out the door with them. The sales person recommended that I contact the Calumet City Police. Which I did complete report 18-43390 that evening. In retrospect, I acknowledge that placing my packages in back of me may not have been the wisest thing. However, the purpose of me writing to you is to advise of my concerns that on the evening the theft occurred, there wasn’t a security guard on duty. Perhaps had there been one, my grand-daughters would have their gifts for Xmas.

  3. I want the ingredients from the creams I ordered because they did not pass through the United States without approval from the pharmacy organization and they want the ingredients to be able to give me the beauty list

I was very disappointed last night shopping at your store in Kenwood Mall Cincinnati. I was going to purchase hoodies for my 3 granddaughters for Christmas. My 16 year old granddaughter is an XL and I was surprised to find out that you only cater to young petite tiny girls and your biggest size is a large. I find this offensive and body shaming for teenage girls who would like to wear your product but for some reason you choose not to carry XL’s. I did find lots of PS sizes. My granddaughter is not “fat” she is an average size 14 but needs an XL. You missed out on my sale last night and in the future which I’m sure one person doesn’t make a difference to your corporation but what about all those teenage girls missing out. I will look for a store who accepts all teenage girls not matter what size. Also your policy regarding purchasing gift cards and not receiving the free gift even though it does not say that on the coupon is wrong. I was going to purchase $150 worth of cards and was told I would not get the blanket. What difference does it make if I’m purchasing gift cards or products I’m still spending over $75. You company is one of the worst I have ever tried to shop at. I won’t be going back.

Your ads do not match your inventory. You are losing avid customers quickly. Pls delete me from receiving future emails. Your store personnel here are great, customer service reps and live chats suck. Good luck. Bye.

I hate to say this, but I’m very disappointed in your vanilla I bought online. I bought three body creams and two body splashes. It used to have such a lingering scent, but now when I wear it, I don’t get any compliments on it like I used to. The scent no longer compliments me and doesn’t stay with me. Was there a change in the formula?

  7. I see that you are giving free house shoes when you purchase a pair of dreamer pj’s. I ordered two pair two wks. ago, if I had known about the free gift I would have waited because the house shoes are so expensive. Will you honor your free gift to me. If not I will return my order. Please reply soon. Thank you

  8. I ordered a gift card for $100.00 back in December 8th have not received it. Called 2 times and was told they could sent a paper gift card still nothing. I give up calling and I see on my credit card I am charged for this and do not have it so will call them also. This is ridiculous during the holidays to go through this. Today is Christmas Eve so will see what my granddaughter says when she has no gift. Thanks, Mary

I went to the Janesville WI. store and spent $94.84 I had asked the cashier about the $20.00 gift card when spending $75.00 or more. The Girl had said it was only in select stores. My email that offered me this information said nothing of the sort. How can this be rectified? Thanks Lisa Krause

I am a card holder of Victoria Secret. I went in the Mall to pay off my credit card and I had received a card for a free cosmetic bag. When I asked the sales clerk for my free bag she replied by saying they were out. I asked if she could substitute another item, she replied no. I told her my card/coupon was dated thru September 22 and it was only September 4. If the company doesn’t have enough to give out, why advertise it? I’m sure the employees receive their “free” bag and then give them to all of their friends. It makes me not want to use my card there anymore. I know it is just a bag but it angers me about “freebies” and then there isn’t any.

  11. I no longer wish to receive catalogs from you. I’m 81 years old and styles are not appropriate. Customer#196163675

  12. I just received the Annual Swim Sale catalog and found the nudity on the cover offensive. I understand that it is the style of the swim suit. However, that should be on the inside of the magazine, not on the front or back cover.

  13. Please do not publish my e-mail address to anyone. Also cancel the catalog to my residence. I do not purchase your products and do not wish to receive the catalog. Also do not print my name on your website under the responses to your company. My address is 15784 Big Spring Rd, Elkader, IA 52043
