I ordered Nautica sweaters and they delivered to Borderfree but someone at Borderfree mixed up packages so now I have a package of Hanna Andersson’s children’s clothing and someone has my Nautica sweaters that I got my husband for Christmas. It has the Nautica shipping label but wrong package. I really hope this can be rectified.
You make it impossible to contact you. For your recording (customer service) to say to Contact the Store is not helpful. I don’t know the store it only shows a number 4104 then you prompt only shows names of store not by number. Stalemate! How am I supposed to know what the charge is on my account?
